I was just in the Starbucks a few minutes ago. It is my normal mobile order pickup starbucks and I love the convenience of that! This time tho there was about 200 college aged kids also waiting for their orders. Quite a few of the baristas recognized me as a regular and asked me what my drink was to get me out of there asap, as I'm sure the group had all kinds of food and drinks on their order. The person who ended up making my drink was a taller woman with blonde hair and glasses, and I just wanna say thank you so much!! I appreciate you getting me out asap to get to work ? love you guys at church st! ???
Great employees love the cold brew. hate that the prices go up by .10 cents literally every week and they put priority on mobile orders over in person orders but what the hell you gonna do.
Wonderful location, amazing service but can't even stay inside for more than 5 minutes due to very very loud music. Please turn it down we can't even have a conversation.
Good coffee, employees are not friendly but that's not a priority with management so you live with it
Great, quick, & friendly service from gals. Unfortunately, indoor seating is not allowed; but fortunately, there is more than plenty outdoor seating.There's drive thru and reserved parking for Starbucks & quick puck-ups.On the downside, blueberry scone has more of a fluffy, light bread texture than that of a scone. Not sure when that changed. And loaf options were low this time around.
Lock down indoors. The agents say different things why we can't sit indoors and study. They must not get accurate reasons from lead mngr. Other shops in town clean surfaces after clientele leaves but Starbucks sorely lacks at dinning area cleaning throughout the day, i.e after guests leave. This is a major spread potential for virus and disease. Hopefully a major N.W employer someday will figure out regular sanitation
I was looking to buy a new cup for work. Very limited selection unfortunately, 2 choices. Neither worked but oh well. Still received outstanding service
I’ve come to this Starbucks twice in the last 5 days or so and both times I ordered a toasted white hot chocolate with soy. Well both times I’ve gotten a coffee drink. This also happened to me while I was in NY a week and a half ago. I asked the barista if there was a suggestion box where I could suggest someone change the HC to hot chocolate so the baristas will stop getting confused and handing me a white chocolate mocha (which is apparently what was given to me today according to the barista). She said she’d send the message along but I don’t think that will be the case so I’ll also be calling because if I stop by another time and I’m given a coffee because someone doesn’t want to read what drink I’ve actually orders I might need to speak to a manager. I know they’re busy a lot of the time but I came and there was only 2 other people in line outside at 2pm. I just want what I ordered and not something rushed like what I got that tastes like scolding hot soy water. No whip or sprinkles. ??♀️
I came out here twice this past week and was really amazed at the friendly customer service here. That's something to write about! It's a nice open concept set up inside and I like that there is outdoor seating enclosed in a fenced concrete patio in addition to their drive thru. This place has their structure in place and system down.
Love this sbux location like it's my own personal cafe. I stop here often and they never fail to impress. I've found all of my favorite drinks through the recommendation of baristas. And not just, "try the PSL." But, when I asked what to get in a nitro cold brew, I was met with, "2 pumps of toffee nut and light almond milk" and now that's my drink. Or, it will be once the supply chain issues get worked out and the good syrups get back into the stores. Love, love, love the team at this store! ❤️
