DON'T GO HERE I'M TELLING YOU SAVE YOURSELF!! This was my first time and last time coming to this location I ordered a breakfast sandwich when I open it a smell of chemical burnt food comes off so potent I now have a headache. I take it apart and every thing including the egg was charcoal burnt the bacon is hard as a rock and burnt as well! I called customer service but I dont know if anything will be done. I'm beyond disgusted by this. Shame on you people for even serving that! Clearly something needs to be done here.
Slow, inept, uncaring and down right despicable service. served charcoal bacon on two burgers waited 15 min for them to answer the button, one of the cooks comes out covered in grease and old flower and I show him the two burgers I was served and he looks at me blankly and ask "what's the problem?" He then asks if I would like them remade and returns inside despite me asking him to remove the two double bacon 1/4lbs. Cheese burgers, long story short I received more charcoal bacon and some unidentifiable runny substance mixed with the mayo, I threw them in the trash.I have been served burnt food, food that was clearly hours past its serve by time, waited over 15 min for one route 44 soda repeatedly.... and when I ask for it to be addressed I am told it's a franchise and corporate has no control over the service.I have been to this location at least once a month and have never had a vist that wasn't disappointing.
Sonic has always been a favorite. The menu has many choices and the prices are fair.Lately every burger place that we have visited just can not seem to be able to hand you a hot burger. You would think that these things are coming straight of the grill enough to at least melt the cheese because the wait times are so long every where. You get a burger and the bun is cold, the cheese is not melted in the least and top it with a cold tomato and lettuce and burr... It just doesn't lead to an appetizing dining experience.That is why we tried Sonic, we were in search of a burger made by someone who cares about their product. Sadly we did not find it here either.The burgers were good but still as described above.I chose 4 stars due to customer service.As we were ordering all we heard was "anything else, anything else" She cut us off before we had a chance to ask for condiments and was somewhat robotic and definitely not happy about being at work... no cheerfulness at all.When the gentleman brought us our food he handed it to us and walked away before we had a chance to ask for ketchup for the tots. So I looked in the bag to see if any packets were in there but all I found was an old melted peppermint candy for the two of us to split. Ewwe!We will go back because maybe they were having a bad day.Sorry Sonic
I've never been to Sonic before I really excited to try it so I ordered what was supposed to be 2 bacon on bacon QP Double and 2 twisted pretzel sticks the burgers we're very small like a kids burger they were also cold and looked like someone sat on them there supposed to come with a tangy smoky sauce it was ketchup also both didn't have any bacon the pretzel sticks had no salt and the cheese sauce was extremely salty and as u see in that picture that there's something wrong with it gross I'm so disappointed
We sat in a stall for 10min waiting to order. Apparently its was out of order. I would think a sign would be easy enough but what do I know. Ended up in the drive thru. The food was good and aside from the wait in the stall service was fast. We ordered two of the same drink except one was diet the other regular, and they didn't bother marking them. I suppose details really make the difference.
This was my worst visit to sonic. Terrible customer service. The order taker gave us no time to say our order before asking "Anything else after every item said. Why don't you be polite and let us get the whole order out first. Got our order and they were out of apple juice for the kids meals and didn't tell us but let us order it and then didn't even try to correct before handing us 4 kids meals and no drinks. Just told us "oh we are out sorry" no we Paid for meals and that includes the drink you will give us a drink as well. Also forgot our popcorn chicke. The guy that handed us our food had no smile was blunt and didn't seem to care about his customers. I work fast food too this experience was not worth it. Also their survey site down so can't even give my feedback. If I could I'd get a full refund and not go back.
Horrible wait, service and food! Waited for over45 minutes (Ordered a kids meal and adult meal) for our food. Cars in the drive through were buzzing through. I finally called to make sure they didn’t forget about us. When we got the food they forgot the dipping sauce for the chicken, waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for them to come back out. On top of that ALL the food was cold and the kids meal corn dog was burnt so my Daughter wouldn’t even eat it. I never write bad reviews, but this was a literally HORRIBLE experience!
All burgers where over cooked. Fries where under cooked and had so much salt burns your lips.Also Bacon was over cook and looked like it was left over pieces shaped on burger.Update: corporate reached out on this review to make it right. After saying what they would do to make it right they have failed to deliver. I had no intention of getting reimbursed but when you reach out to make it right you should follow through.Customer service is very important to me. Food can be top notch but if service is bad I won't be back. Will update if corporate reaches out on there promise.
horrible service, food could not be eaten because it was rock hard, chocolate milkshake they forgot the chocolate. what a giant waste of money.
Took forever! And not gonna lie, the cookie dough and peanut butter cups tasted like leftovers from last Halloween... I would do a two star review, but we are all so short staffed, and I am just grateful for the people who were healthy and able to come and perform to the best of their abilities through this crazy time!
