This red Robin was amazing! Truly the best service I have received at a Red Robin. We usually love coming here, but this visit was particularly not a real pleasant experience. I ordered the royal Red Robin burger, and I received just a normal cheeseburger. I’m not sure if my waiter didn’t understand me correctly or what. Then, when they finally brought out my correct burger, they brought it out without the patty, and had to bring it out on a separate plate. My s/o had ordered the Burning Love burger, and there weren’t any jalapeño chips on the burger so it wasn’t spicy. And no compensation on our meal. Overall, food and service was not up to par.

Food was excellent. Beer was nice and cold. Service was excellent. Bartender was helpful and attentive. I’ll be coming back for lunch again.

Needs better management. Waited 1 hour to be seated for a table of 5. Our server was awesome. But the place was dirty, tables floors. I had a 13 dollar.salad and the lettuce was brown. This place could be awesome if managed right. Will go to willsonville red robin next time

Went in with my family for my birthday to get my free birthday burger. I usually go to Mexican food every year for my birthday, but decided that sounded good because we hadn't been there for awhile. I did notice on the way in that there was a sign on the front door stating that the system was down. I didn't think anything of it, but when ordering I mentioned that I came in to get my birthday burger and the server told me no problem we will take care of that for you. Unfortunately at the end of the meal they said they couldn't because of the system being down. I wouldn't mind so much because I get it if the system was down but that should have been mentioned at the beginning when I said something before even ordering. The same time that aside it's been a while since we had been in there like I mentioned and I wasn't too terribly impressed. I mean the food tasted good, but it is not the same as Red Robin used to be it seems to me. The burger patty seemed much thinner than it used to be and so the size of the burger you get for the price in my opinion just isn't worth it. I could go to several other restaurants and pay the same amount or less and get a much bigger burger. It just isn't what it used to be and I was very disappointed and do not think I will ever return. It wasn't just me that felt this way either, it was pretty much my whole family that felt that way about our meals.

Definitely won’t be giving them another chance !!Ordered two bowls of mac n cheese on the KIDS menu, first one arrived and there was a black curly hair in the mac n cheese it was buried in there so there’s no way it was one of ours (none of us have curly hair either). Then the second one arrives and is practically ice cold, asked for a new one and when arrives it was steaming hot, was just about ready to take a bite after STIRRING the bowl and i found yet another black curly hair. Told them about it and this women said “i’m so sorry about that can i offer you another one or would you like too just pass on it” of course we said pass on it, we all stopped eating our food, paid and then left. The only thing they had to offer was a refund on the mac n cheese and the lady sounded as if she didn’t believe us. After this experience i will never be eating there again, if two hairs end up in mac n cheese who knows all the other unsanitary things they have going on back there.

Fries were nasty cold and old, took forever to get drinks, never got butter for the broccoli, only got 1 refill on the cold nasty fries for 3 people, which only had maybe 10 fries in the basket, never came back with the right sauces. Disgusting food. We drove 3.5 hours and were very disappointed!!! ??

Staff was amazing. We took our four year old and he was greeted by all the staff and they were really great with him. We went at a perfect time (3:45 on a Tuesday). Our drinks from the bar came fast. Our appetizers just as fast! Everything was fresh and hot!! Fries could have been a bigger portion but they tasted great!

3 times now slow cold food and missing parts of our meal! Not on the delivery service it’s on Red Robin. My bad for trying again after said we would not. Awful just awful!

Our server Julie was amazing, drinks were served unusually fast, and food was served quickly. Bonsai burger was done well and fresh pineapple too. Campfire sauce is bomb!
