I have been there before and had great service. This time the worst service ever. Under the breath threats by a large female staff member and then ignored. Interesting way to provide a good experience. Sad really. I hope her day got better and she didn't treat others that way as well.
Hadn't been to Qdoba for quite a while, so had a chance to stop in for lunch. They were not very busy and staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered the bowl with brisket. Although the brisket is good, it doesn't have much of a smoke flavor that I get when cooking my own or when visiting a dedicated bbq restaurant. This doesn't make it a bad option, but does give little reason to order the brisket instead of the steak at the same price. The amount of meat was decent, yet somewhat dwarfed by the other items in the bowl. I did not choose to pay for extra meat. The vegetables (peppers and onions) looked much better than they tasted, however were still plenty edible.Pricing is very comparable to similar establishments, so not a huge shock.I will definitely consider visiting again when in the area.
Usually love the food but my favorite is they cups with salt and lime. This time the chips of did not taste like they're was any lime on them. I go to Qdoba and not Chipotle specifically for the chips. Hopefully it was just an off batch.
Used to go here frequently. Lately, food quality has dropped. Rice seems undercooked. They require masks but won’t provide them. Unfriendly new teenage employees. Won’t be returning any time soon.
Rosita, Trevor, and Hannah were a great team at Qdoba, providing a very nice meal experience at their restaurant on Hilfiker Ln. And Commercial st. Location.Fast, friendly service and the quesidilla filled with proteins and veggies was fabulous!!mucho sabrosa!Slava bogu za pichu!
I have been to this south salem location many times but the past 2 time I went, they completely messed up my pick up order. The first time they put a huge amount of sour cream that I did not order, I am lactose intolerant. The second time the order was perfect but they DIDNT PUT ANY MEAT IN MY BOWL! I didn't notice until I was home. I mean, come on! The ingredients for the pick up order are LITERALLY typed on a ticket that is stuck to the lid of the food! And they are still sending orders out the door that are obviously wrong. I love qdobas but I am disappointed with the staff at this location. Pay closer attention please.
Super fresh food, healthy and delicious. Service was quick and friendly! I spent less and waited less than I did at the local taco bell and McDonald's. I'll definitely be back!
I went in this morning and I have never experienced worse customer service!! Younger girl with dark hair was absolutely so rude and should quit if she hates her job that much! I’ve been in food industry for 6 years and that isn’t how customer service should look. So dissatisfied along with the eggs in my breakfast burrito not cooked all the way!
I have never written a review before but the costumer service is absolutely awful here, I used to come here a lot and i would tip every person who helped me even though they were all absolutely disrespectful and rude, the worker checking us out told us that we come here too often and shouldn’t come as much as we do. even though we’ve never been anything but kind and generous to all the workers in there, we will never visit another one of these stores again.
I do not recommend establishments that are very rude to their customers.
