I ordered pizza at 9 pm the app said it would be here at 12:00 am so I called and cancelled and got my money back the next day I make an order at 1230 app said they'd be here at 130 I checked the door multiple times and even stood outside when I called and asked for my money back they said they could only make a new one and bring it to me in about 2 hours by this time I needed to leave for work they offer 15 dollars store credit for my 30 dollar order that she claimed was dropped off at the right address so my child is out of food and I'm out of money highly suggest not to order from this location only thing I got was terrible attitude and no food 30 dollars lost
I ordered a supreme pizza at 18.99 it was one of the most stingy pizzas I have ever ordered from anywhere. very very lack luster no real flavor and very limited on toppings
The ordering on line was extremely simple and delivery was prompt and hassle free. And yes the pizza was delicious! ?
This is the second week in a row there was a mistake. The first one there was no extra cheese I ordered. They gave me $15 credit for my next order which was awesome. I ordered this week and I ordered extra cheese stuffed crust. I set the delivery for 4 pm, they were ni show by 4:30. I called and they let me know they had one driver, no big but I let them know they should have a text alert or something for their customers. I got my order and there is no way there is the 24 oz of cheese they say the stuffed crust has plus the extra cheese I ordered on this pizza. One more of these and I won't order form them anymore. They need to look at papa Murphy's and dominos for topping comparison.
What is keeping my response from being "Strongly Agree" is that on my last order, there was too much grease applied to the pan pizzas, which made them greasy and soggy on the crust. Also, as part of my order, I requested the "Tuscany Tuesday" with one Alfredo and one Marina type pastas. However, I received two Alfredo instead of the mixed pastas. Usually you folks do a bit better, but I am aware that things happen, so I will continue to purchase your product in the future.
Pizza was cold. Pizza tracker said our Pizza was out for delivery for 45 mins. I live 10 mins, at most, away from the store I ordered from. Attempted to contact several times no answer.
This is one of the best pizza huts I've ever been to. they are fast and the quality is almost always there. Nobody hits it 100 percent but they are at least 90%. pretty dam good if you ask me. customer service is always excellent! they hit that 100% always. keep it up.... There was a kid there with the bushiest hair I've ever seen making pizzas with no hair net or hat. They raised the price of my normal pizza 20% and gave me the sloppiest pizza ever. couldnt even pick up a piece. I order the same pizza at least one to two times a week. Sometimes its a little dry but never soup like this one. I'm done here... the search goes on for another pizza place.
Get pizza I order. I ordered a triple box with one peperoni and one sausage. Also ordered a 3 piece dor $10 with ham, pineapple, and tomatoe. What I got was 3 cheese pizzas.
Terrible service . I ordered 2 pizzas and paid $24 something . They didn’t give me a receipt and said i only asked for 1 pizza . They asked if i wanted to order another one and pay again . I didn’t want to argue so I left with one pizza and they kept my money . I didn’t know theft was part of their service . They had a bad attitude while I was trying to be nice .
My pizza barely had any sauce when my order specifically said extra sauce and it was cold when it arrived, I had to put it in my oven before I could eat it.
