Overall the experience was alright, the best part being the nice people who worked here.My son and I wanted to go play some Laser Tag and this was the only place in Salem that was available. The space that we played in was a long narrow rectangle without many options for movement. It felt like just several lanes and no real tactical ways to get around.I won't say that the place was bad but it left more to be desired. The equipment was falling apart and the arena was bland.I think that really sums up the arcade, mini golf and laser tag - alright but falling apart.I hope they can get in, service the arcade machines so they're all working properly, spruce up the laser tag with better routes and rework the mini golf to be easier to see what is going on and place the hazards in a more enjoyable/challenging place.
I have always loved the pizza-- Have been eating it for years but due to the pandemic I had never been inside.Went today and tried their mini golf with my family and my step daughter STEPPED ON A NAIL. It was incredibly dark and there was very little room to stand. As she tried to move out of the way so her dad could put she felt something stab through her shoe. It looked like a decoration had fallen down.It took us awhile to get an employee to help us and my husband showed them where it was broken and it was removed.There was a group of about 8 children ahead of us and I am just so thankful that they and my step daughter are ok.I get that things are busy and places are short staffed but you guys are so very lucky that no one was seriously injured.
Less than half of the games here work! I asked what’s up with it and the guy said that some were shut down because of covid (mask mandate is over but games are still shut down?) while others are broken. About half the ones that are “working” don’t give you your tickets it owes you or your token gets stuck!! They failed to mention this when ordering 50 bucks worth of pizza that was gonna take half an hour, of course. How sad for the poor kid having their birthday party here… Don’t waste your time or money here!!!
Their pizza is pretty good and I like that they offer lazar tag and mini golf. However, I do not like that every time I come back, it seems more and more of their games are out of order. My trips are far and few between so I feel they should spend some time and funds to get the machines up and working. I just visited today and was pretty let down by the lack of arcade games due to being out of order.

I've loved Pietros over the years, but lately they've let me down. In these Covid times, it seems everyone is short-staffed, and I do take that into consideration. However, I spent $43 and finally received my pizza an hour after the projected delivery time. The driver arrived approximately 45 minutes after the store said he had left (I live less than 2 miles from the store), but apparently had many deliveries in front of mine. The pizza was obviously barely warm and not much better than Dominos in flavor this time. Not as many toppings on it as usual either. I'm sure the delivery driver was doing his best, but I won't order delivery from them again. I may order take out in a few months. We'll see.

We love Pietro's pizza, ... a delicious slice of pizza that offers a unique Lunch/Dinner change-of-pace from other family-owned or (corporate-chain) pizza places in the area. Thank you for your service to the community, Pietro's Pizza!
One of the first places we ever tried in Salem, we created our own combo, and have stuck with it ever since. We only go here for that one pizza. We’ve tried some of their other food, and it’s not very high quality. The pizza is on the pricier end, in my opinion. The restaurant has lots of kid-friendly activities and games, so it’s a great place to have a birthday party or spend a weekend evening. When they’re busy, service can be pretty slow and backed up, even if you call ahead and order over the phone. The staff is generally quite nice!
