What a joke. You wait on hold and then when your call goes through it immediately hangs up. Tried to get through about my order because the website was not updating at all ever and I called 13 times in 20 minutes and not once did I get through to a human voice. Maybe they figure their time is worth $20 an hour if they have to also answer the phone
How much can you really expect from a chain pizza restaurant? That said, of the ones in the area, this one is my favorite. You really need to use their website or the app to get decent prices, but if you do, value is pretty good.I don't like to deal with the wait and the extra cost, so I get carryout. The time estimates they give have always been quite accurate, worst was a 5 minute wait, but usually it's ready when they said or earlier (that said, sometimes the estimate is 45 minutes).My main complaint is the sauce cup for the bread sides. They consistently fill it half full or less which is nowhere near enough for the amount of bread. If it says it comes with a side of sauce I expect more than a spoonful.
I have always liked the pizza here and it's ez to order and it doesn't cost a whole lot
Delivery is usually a long wait. Pizza is only mildly better than the other major chains. Need to use specials in order to not spend a bunch. Drivers are cool though.
I love ordering from here online and picking it up. They always have it ready when they say they will and their pizza is pretty dang good. Tried the car side delivery recently and that was perfect as well.
Called an order in at 5:50 pm and the rude guy on the phone told me 15 minutes, when I got there at 6:05 and paid a different rude employee told me it'll be 15 minutes until it was ready and that they would bring it to my car that was parked right out front by the door. By 6:40 I was tired of waiting so I went inside and asked how much longer, unacknowledged the guy asks my name and shoves a box in my hand and said that he told me that he said it was gonna be over half an hour wait!!! Being someone who used to work in the food industry I expected a hiccup or two but the customer service was horrible!!! Never coming back at ALL!!!
I ordered well done, fresh tomatoes. No well done, no tomato, no Canadian bacon either. Someone's Pizza, not mine. Pizza is edible. I'm done
I think the food is great and so is the service... But my daughter and i had a horrible experience by being harassed and tail gated and experienced some road rage from a delivery driver in a blue dodge dakota truck.. He followed us went in and out of traffic, tail gating me flipping us off all of this crazy stuff. Very unsafe and in professional. Tried to call to talk to a manager and get left on hold and never helped for over 20 mins. Will never eat there again

The man answered phone did not get my debuts card 3 time. I order that not happy customer. Will never order again. Plus they said wait in car but I deaf I can't even go in pick up. I tap window. They should refund my pizza cos I ask fir jalapeño but I got few. Where my spinach ?? I will never order again ever
