Usually everything is great, but I picked up a green goddess Cobb salad today and the chicken was missing. From now on I’ll be checking my order before I leave :(
Disappointing! Normally this chain of restaurants is reliably good, this time not so much. The food was still tasty and healthy but prices are too high for two bowls of soup and two 1/2 sandwiches, no drinks: $26.00. The cookie was extra at $5.00 for a total of $31.00. We waited to give our order while a new employee got some training at a different register The dirty dishes were left on many tables even though there were only a few customers and it was not busy, We will not be going back to this Panera.
This is the best panera Ive been to in terms of service and cleanliness. Food is typical panera. There is a brunette woman that works at this location who always has a smile on her face, she is so welcoming and makes you feel like she loves her job. She's always walking the floor checking on guests and wiping things down in a way that feels above and beyond. This woman deserves a raise !
Horrible!!! Usually everything there is really good. But the last time I went it took over 30 mins to get my food. And it was 6am, so there was only me and one other person waiting. Food was terrible. There was 4 employees standing around and literally doing nothin while one guy was making everything, which I'm sorry dude but it was not good at all. Usually I love it here, but this location sucks!!! Sorry!
I liked it. Sandwiches are good and so is the soup. This was my first time there.
While sitting in the drive through watching 4 or 5 employees standing around I was hoping this trip to Panera would be better than the past. We did not wait as long as usual, but our order was not correct. Outfault for not checking . But how hard is it to put all food items ordered into the bag??. My other problem with tonight's visit was when we got home my sandwich was on the bottom of the bad crushed by most of the other food items we ordered.Please get your people trained.
I did a online order last night and I didn’t get a text or email food was delivered. The delivery driver didn’t knock nothing I didn’t know my food was deliver tell 14 mins after. My sandwiches were cold I’ll never order delivery again.
The food was alright. I wasn't expecting super high quality food as Panera is fast food, however what I got for how much I paid was pretty mind blowing. The sandwich in the picture was almost $6, just for this tiny half. It didn't have ANY of the veggies listed on the menu and a small portion of what appeared to be canned chicken. Pretty disappointing. The soup was alright, but for how much I paid, I'd rather go somewhere a bit more high quality and consistent.
The wait at the drive thru is horrible. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches which cost over $6 each and they were the size of a deck of cards. For $6 bucks. WOW. not worth the money
This location should just be shut down at this point. There are plenty of other resturants doing just fine. This is a management issue within Panera Bread. Managers need to be replaced or just close down this location.
