I was very disappointed with our dinner this time. I used to love their Honey Walnut Shrimp but this time the batter seemed like it had been sitting under a warming lamp for hours. It was soggy and fairly tasteless! The Teriyaki Chicken seemed to be under that same lamp for hours. It was dry and you couldn't taste the Teriyaki!! We will not be eating here again!!
If you like being forgotten after you order items that are not ready, then the Panda Express on Turner Road is just the place for you! This has happened on 3 occasions at the drive-thru. I have ordered my food, and usually, the staff is waiting for egg rolls or shrimp or whatever to be ready. After paying, you are told to go to a parking space to wait for your order. On my last visit, it took over 30 minutes to get one egg roll, because they forgot about me. That happened 2 times previously as well. I end up going in to remind them that I'm still waiting, and I seriously am not trying to be a Karen, but I do dislike being forgotten like that, and won't be going back to that location. I forgive the fact that they often forget the napkins, the sauce, the utensils, and fortune cookies, but being forgotten is inexcusable and poor customer service.
Got my food through the drive thru and immediately the wait staff was rude and not friendly!Got my food home ( only 1 mile away) and food was cold, not Luke warm but cold!Could of been good, had I not needed go microwave it. Chicken was rubbery and veggies were soggy.I ordered beef and broccoli and 2 very small nuggets of beef, the rest was all broccoli. No good in my opinion! Will not go back!
Great for somewhat fast food. Usually the staff are cheerful and service oriented but other times it seems like we are an inconvenience and a nuisance. It is so loud in there and hard to hear them and their questions and they can't hear us either. The masks make it even worse because you can't read lips. The flavor of the food is very consistent every time we go. So, we know what to expect each time. But, it's amazing how the prices keep climbing, so we will not be visiting as often. Plan on $9-11 per person for normal sized plates. That's without a drink. We like the kung pao chicken (not too spicy) and honey walnut shrimp the most. I like the option of just lightly boiled veggies instead of starchy rice or noodles for the side. Other than the salt intake, I would say eating here can be fairly healthy. Enjoy!
I went there and ordered 2 plates. One was missing entrée and other the chow mien. I called them, and they sent me to the nearest panda to replace what I was missing. And was told that they were never notified, and I was still charged to the missing food. That was the worst customer experience I have EVER had. I will not be going there again.
Went inside the place and no line was in front of me AND about 3 cars were in the drive thru. As I walk in 1 of the workers makes eye contact with me, I was not greeted I wasn’t told they’d be right with me I wasn’t told anything I just stood there quietly for about eight minutes until finally the guy says it’s going to be a couple minutes before he can help me as he’s throwing orders together, I noticed a girl in the distance twiddling her thumbs make eye contact with me and she standing by the register, so at this time about five minutes went by, so about 15 minutes went by and finally she walks up to me and QUIETLY asks me what can I get you.. So overall my experience would’ve been a lot better if they were greeting customers as they walk in the door no matter how busy they are they have like five people always standing around doing nothing and then like three people running around doing everything I only come to this place like maybe once every other month and it just seems like they get worse and worse each time a pandemic is no excuse to be lazy lousy worker, or I don’t know if they have something where they’re always hiring ONLY Mexican kids but these kids are definitely bad for business as they lack social skills. And if you’re gonna be handling food wear gloves!! The food is good though as long as it’s not fresh in my experience the fresher the food it just lacks flavor if it sits for like 20 minutes it induces with all the flavor that should have which makes it taste way better!!
Ordered super greens with broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken. I got one, seriously, one piece of beef. I counted two pieces of kale and two small zucchini pieces in the greens. So, between those two I got about a pound of broccoli and some chicken. Very disappointing. I even had to wait 4 minutes for the greens so I know this wasn't the bottom of the pan!
Hot Garbage— don’t bother putting this into your body. Straight up they gave me zero orange chicken. How can you not have orange chicken?! It’s the one thing that ever makes panda worthwhile. Figure it out.
I have eaten at a few Panda Express restaurants and this one is the best for some reason. I like the drive-through.
It was a good experience with the usual msg filled goodness. I like it because it's cheap and pretty tasty. If you're looking for the McDonald's of Asian cuisine here's the place. I'll definitely be going back there.
