I ordered pick up through Uber eats and when I arrived they didn’t have my order ready, not a big a deal, but when I asked they said it already had gotten picked up. I didn’t pick it up, obviously, and they have mobile orders right out in the open so anyone off the street could just pick it up. No verification or anything. So instead of just handling it professionally, they passive aggressively packaged my order, rolled their eyes at me, called me rude ( for asking for my food apparently) and then when I got the bad I said thank you and they ignored me :(
Well here we all are, with the same complaints on repeat. Nothings changed.Waited 20 minutes for one of the three entrees on the plate via drive through.Had to eventually go inside to ask for my food.They had substituted the one item with double of an item already available and then just let me sit for 20 minutes until I came and asked for it.They don’t care, management doesn’t care and corporate will never read these reviews.The money is going to have to do the talking. I’ll save mine for somewhere else. The list continues to shrink. No accountability in sight.
The food was hot and fresh. They were quite busy when we got there with an out of town Softball team, but the service was great! They helped us very quickly and promptly.
Ordered $60 in food and only got egg rolls only to find out that they won’t come deliver the rest of our food and just gave us our money back because they couldn’t make it right. Very poor eating establishment

Years ago, so workers and I used to get Panda Express once a week for lunch at a different location.Yesterday, I decided to try out the west Salem Panda for dinner. Ordered the 3 entree and 1 order of egg rolls ( menu says you get 2 pieces).Arrived home to find that there was only 1 piece of egg roll, not a huge deal, it happens.But the worst thing about my order was the friend rice. It was barely fried rice. Clumps of steamed rice with a few carrots and peas. Seasoning was almost not there, it was cold and not appetizing.I know it fast food, but the fried rice is cooked in batches so should have messed up so bad. The entrees were okay, nothing to mention.I wouldn’t try this location if you are trying to get decent Chinese fast food.
Staff is super friendly and fast and all the food tastes amazing as always. Prices are reasonable.
I love, love, love Panda Express. This was my first time ever dining inside. Place was clean, service was fast and staff was very friendly and welcoming. May dine inside more often. ?
Pulled up this afternoon for an early dinner. Walked to the door and saw a sign saying drive through only due to being short staffed. Ok, go through the drive through- there are no other cars. Order our food and we were asked if we wanted to wait 6 minutes for our veggies. Absolutely. No problem. We finish ordering and pull up to the spot designated for drive through people who are waiting. 10 minutes pass, then 15, then 20. I try calling. 3 times before someone answered. At this point the drive through is packed. Finally someone comes out with our food. Great! Checked the order to see if it was right...food was everything we ordered. Get home only to discover no cookie for our sons child's plate, no chopsticks or hot mustard like I asked for and a ton of soy sauce and chili. Not a huge deal about the last few things but the cookie is a pretty big bummer. Just think that having to wait that long and not get all of what we were supposed to get kind of stinks. My son looks forward to his cookie after eating at Panda.
