Honestly, everyone who works here seems like they lost hope of living a better life a long time ago. The food was decent, but not worth the wait. Nobody offered drinks or water. Nobody cleans the tables. Ordering food is friendly, but it's not welcoming at all. The atmosphere feels like you're stuck in a rerun.You could at least have people try to do tableside service with the old timey vibe you've got. See The Pie from Utah for examples.
We pick up pizza from Paddington's a couple times a month. Never disappointed. Eating is fun. Always lots of locals, easy to get extra drinks because their drink counter is separate from the pizza counter. Great spot. Only complaint is they're too popular!!!
They have the BEST pizza in all of Salem. Seriously. No one else comes close. I am not a pizza person at all but I would eat Padington’s any day! And their salads are also top notch! Their service at this location is also some of the best in the industry. Other places could take some lessons from them!

The pizza was tasty, thin, with light sauce just how I like it. With just the right amount of toppings. Pricey but worth the price

NEVER AGAIN, sorry NOT SORRY Paddington’s, we’ve given too many chances and this review is well deserved. One last try tonight turned out terrible. We live about 1 mile away, ordered a pickup order for ONE PIZZA at 4:45pm, couldn’t get through the phone line so had to order online. Would have ordered 2 pizzas but the option for a kids pizza goes away once you start an online order v their menu. Then the online order goes from an estimate of 6:10pm to 6:50-7:20 window once the order was submitted. Granted it’s 4:45pm and we have 2 small kids and ordered 1 medium pizza and it’s going to take 2 1/2 hrs! We fill the kids with snacks to buy time, NEVER get a text like it says in the email confirmation multiple times to let you know when it’s ready. We show up during the window of time given, still haven’t been contacted, finally go in. No one acknowledged someone was in the building and at the counter. Finally a cook mentioned someone is at the counter. Come to find out my ONE pizza has been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes with ZERO NOTIFICATIONS. How is that possible? We live 1 mile away and have been waiting 2+ hrs, if we had received a text or email we could have been there in 3 minutes and still the email link says it is finally ready now as of 8:05pm and it was actually ready per the staff at 6:55pm. WOW! If we had waited for said ‘ready’ message we would not get and text and we would definitely be feeding kids with snacks for dinner rather than the pizza they earned this week and leaving a cold pizza to go in the garbage at the restaurant because it really takes you 2 1/2 hours to make and pizza and 3 + hrs to notify the customer it’s ready?! It was cold, hard as a rock and terrible. I always prefer local and spread the love but Pizza Now can make and deliver a far better pizza within 30 minutes. This isn’t just bad customer service, this is the worst service and pizza we’ve had as long as I can remember. If you want a decent edible pizza in a reasonable amount of time don’t order here, just being ? honest.
Well its been dismal. Our of the last 6 attempts to order 2 have been successful.. been given excuses out of dough out of topping low on staff i guess don't call hour and a half before closing. Then 1 of the 2. Successful orders was missing topping ordered...the pizza when you can get it is great.
We got our usual and unusual pizzas. They were great.
We went there for my son's water polo letter/awards dinner. Padington's we're great hosts.It was all good: the pizza, the service, you name it.
