Dang usually we have always had a great experience with this location. I dined in with myself & employee and ordered to go for the family. Party of 2 received 3 bread sticks and salad was not like any we’ve ordered before. I asked for bread sticks and never received them and they were also not included in my to go order. The salad was beyond poor and will try to upload what we found.
Food was well prepared and presented. The staff were very nice and exceptionally accommodating. They let me take the table before the rest of my group arrived, and when we stayed late talking and catching up, they didn't rush us nor even ask us if we could clear that side of the restaurant. The waitress even checked on us after we had cleared our bill. A very nice place to catch up with family.
Pretty good food, with interesting service. We were seated, two of us, in what I think was No Man's Land. After waiting for 28 minutes, one server who noticed is hanging out at the table inquired as to whether we had been helped or not, to which we responded no. He took our orders and the rest of the night went by rather normally, for Olive Garden.Until their salad uses more than iceberg lettuce, I'll never award this eatery five stars, but everything else was on par with what you'd expect from this fully American chain.
Great food and cozy environment. Our waiter was a little short with us, but it was a busy night so maybe she was a bit flustered. Overall great experience
The service was prompt, we were seated within a few minutes of arriving. Upon being seated, we immediately received menus and the appetizer & dink order was taken a few moments later. The Spinach-Artichoke dip was great and and come out soon enough that we could enjoy it before the salad and main meal came.The Salad and bread sticks are always fantastic. I had the Lasagna for the main course. The food is good. Olive Garden is always a sure thing and I have come to know which meals I really enjoy. There is something to be said for Old Faithful, I don't care what anyone else says!
Took my neighbor out for dinner. It was an awesome experience. First time I'd been in an Olive Garden for more than 2 years. Hector was the perfect waiter, Bonnie and I had fun, and the leftovers were delicious!
The customer service experience here was less than admirable. One thing I have always loved about Olive Garden is that the waiters seem to be invested in making sure that you have a good time and feel welcome. It is what made Olive Garden stand out. I just didn't feel that this time. We wanted to pay with apple pay, but were simply told that our kiosk was broken before she hurried on. So, later on I asked if there was any way we could pay with apple pay. Turns out there was. Minor details, but just made us feel like a part of a game in duck duck goose rather than a guest.Also, the food was... Okay. My shells were rather dry. It seems as if meals are frozen and put in the oven to warm up. Cause when I make things fresh at home, they don't end up crispy in odd places.
I love there soup and salad , but for some reason they can’t ever get anything right! No onions on the salad! They even wrote it on the package. Covered in Onions!
We had a wonderful lunch today at Olive Garden. We ordered soup ?, salad ? and bread sticks ?.We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves.
Great people! Great food! We went out for a ladies lunch and it was perfect! Server was attentive but not too attentive so we could actually have a conversation! I got the giant stuffed shells, that was so tasty and cooked perfectly! So much food I had to bring home a couple boxes! I definitely recommend a lunch time meal here. And I'll be headed back soon!
