I can’t believe my disappointment in this restaurant. First I call to place order to go and phone rings 39 times. A women finally answers and places me on hold for 21 minutes. I am ordering while sitting in parking lot and when she finally is ready to take my order she keeps interrupting and saying is that it after everything I order. No wonder I got an adult corn dog instead of kids. 3 Hogg fries when I wanted 3 large fries and I was told $65.99 on phone but got told $70.90 when I got in there and that’s after I tried to correct my order and she was like it had already been made so you will have to wait 20 mins for your kids corn dog. Then I go outside to keep my kids out of other guests and another customer comes to tell me she thinks my order is ready. Really unprofessional service and I will spend my 70 somewhere else and I guess you really don’t care because you are always busy at least that’s what the cashier women said.
Food good? Ya. Love the fresh cut fries & how they are prepared. Shakes are REAL, and really thick and good. Whip cream topped... But the service was EVEN BETTER! Greeted nicely and politely. Had my elderly mom along, server suggested a smaller bun burger that comes with a small fry for smaller appetites and saved us a couple bucks. For something different try a strawberry milkshake with a scoop of peanutbutter icecream...
I went today to eat dinner!Ended up walking out just due to the employee taking orders.First getting to the counter she didn’t smile greet or anything just staring at us. I said hi and with a attitude her response hi so I just started ordering. I was ordering two of the exact same things assuming it was easier for her to just say 2 of those after saying my order. Then she got impatient because my husband decided to add onion to his burger and so I said ooo can I add onions to mine as well she started aggressively pushing buttons and said I have to start this all over again. I said oh I’m sorry. Then I said my order again and asked for bacon added to it. The whole time she’s grunting and pushing super hard on the screen. And I said two of those and rudely snaps back and says i don’t know what you ordered I can’t just press a button I said I’m sorry the other locations usually do I was just trying to make it easier ordering two of the same things And she said we’ll not here the machine is so old and that doesn’t work but then while still with attitude I’m trying to repeat the order n she’s still grunting and “ what else “ what else. “The attitude, was tooo much.We decided to come to another Nancy joes location.The customer service was terrible.I didn’t realize adding things to a burger was such a issue and 5 ingredients was too hard to remember. Considering I said more then once it was Guna be two of the same exact thing it’s the west salem location I thought the standards for customer service would’ve been a little higher.
This place used to be good but the customer service has gone way down. I called in an order and asked the woman to repeat it back because it was huge and she refused. I was shocked and said something like “well, I guess I get what I get then”. She hung up. When my dad picked up the order we had two small fries instead of a small and a large. Be sure to kiss up to the staff or you will not get your food. I won’t be back. This place got too popular and now they think they can treat customers like trash. It’s not a winning strategy long term.
No mask no entry, no drive through or pickup option, Polk County Elected Sheriff has stated multiple times this is an unconstitutional mandate. They do have the option to sell you $1.50 paper mask the CDC states attributed to no statistical difference in preventing the spread of covid. Sad to see Nance we used to love you.

This place was delicious, if you come here expecting instant food this place isn't the place for you. The food is all made fresh and everyone has a great attitude, I went there yesterday with my grandfather and there was a new person there getting everyone's order and she was making milkshakes all with a smile on her face, I would recommend this place 1,000 times over again
This is not my favorite NJ destination, but one of the easier ones to get in and out of. Starting off with the food. We love the food, unfortunately it seems lately people taking orders aren't quite listening well enough or are a little short. The menus are easy enough to read however when your not sure what you want it all kind blends together, especially when they're eager to take your order and not in a super helpful way. Maybe it was an off day the last couple times we went. With that said, it still feels like lately new hires are lacking basic requirements or skill to do a good job and that's not just here, but all fast food. Service with a smile goes a long way. I will be back, but hopefully things improve even just a little.
Phone order for a bacon cheese burger with sauce on the side, and an order of onion rings with ranch. I was on hold for ten minutes. Normally use website, but you can't order onion rings online. My order arrived, no sauce or ranch. The burger was over cooked. The Bacon was way over cooked. Most had crumbled into bacon bits. Very poor food. Normally good. My last visit ?.
