This place has definitely gone downhill. For whatever reason they started serving their burgers in to-go containers, so they're a pain to eat now. The sauce on the burger gets everywhere and the burger is too hot to even hold without the paper they used to use to wrap them. Everything on the burger was sticking out the sides, the cooks clearly don't know how to build a burger without it falling apart. On top of that, the bacon was undercooked, and the customer service was poor. Will not be eating here again.
Very happy with the food here very happy with the cooking staff here always makes my burger really good...really disappointed with the employee not letting me do an order to go without charging me for a mask to pick up my food... I had to wear a mask to pick my food which is fine but then I look at my receipt later and then find out that I had to pay 50 cents more for a mask when all masks should be complementary to the customer especially when the business requires it. I can probably change my review later..
Kinda like a Five Guys redux. Burgers are similar and that’s a good thing. Great flavor. Massive amount of fresh hand cut fries. Nice fresh onion rings as well. Great meal. Average counter service. Good prices.
Decided to have a business meeting here with a group of 7 and they made all of our orders exactly how we wanted them! the milkshakes were the absolutely the best in Salem. i was a bit hesitant on dinning here but with this great experience I'll be coming back with the family in no time beats eating at red robin anyway of the week!
Unfortunately it is hit and miss with Nancy’s. I ordered online, something I’ve done before and somehow my order was wrong… not sure how that happens. My bun was so overly toasted it was inedible. The meat from my burger was as dry as a hockey puck. The cheese on my daughter’s burger looked like it had been run over by a truck - literally, it had tread of some kind on it! The fries… typically amazing, this time, not so much. The were cold, had semi-coagulated oil oozing from them, they were limp as could be, and didn’t even taste like a potato - they tasted like a combination of other fried foods and old cooking oil!Nancy’s isn’t super expensive, but they aren’t cheap either. I’ve had dollar burgers that were better than this go around. I’m so disappointed, when they are good, they are really good; this just isn’t my first awful experience there and I’m not sure I’ll go back again.
Best affordable burger and fries in the area IMO. I love that they do a good iceburg lettuce wrap for a low carb burger. The fries are from real cut potatoes.
Great food freshly made and real onion ring and fries milk shakes like a 50s service is great and fast burgers are real beef hand made not frozen in a box .
For the price, the fries are outstanding, and you get a huge amount. Everything came out hot, and as ordered. Customer service was fantastic!
Good old fashioned style burger. Great eats, but expect to pay for it. Share a small fry, because more than one person can eat. Meal for one was nearly $15.
The burgers are good and the fries are great! Friendly staff and it was very clean.
