The website says that orders placed around dinner time for pickup should expect to take a little longer. Let me tell you what, that is the understatement of the century. They only had 6 customers inside, all waiting for orders, and no one eating. They had 3 employees and somehow my order took 45 minutes??? 30 minutes over the estimate??? During my wait only one other order came out. Staffing issues? I don't know. Good food but not worth the wait.

Food is good. But front cashier is extremely rude. Didn’t really give us a chance to speak for our order. Asked if we wanted a drink and I turned to my girlfriend to ask and she immediately said “Okay your total is $24.00.” Perhaps she was having a bad day but the customer should not be treated the way she treats them. Blonde with septum piercing and glasses.

I have been to a few Nancy Jo's locations and have been very satisfied with their service. They always get the order right, and their burgers are great. I had a mix-up with my order recently (it was my fault) but they made it right and did not charge me extra for anything. I'll be returning to get a great burger from this local company and recommending it to others.

For lunch today I visited the Nancy’s Burgers in south Salem. I placed a to go order for myself and a co-worker. The order was for 2 cheeseburgers and a large fry. One cheeseburger was to have no pickles and one cheeseburger with no sauce. After walking back to work my co-worker open his burger and it had sauce on both sides of both the patty and the bun. He He then took the receipt and the burger back to the store to get the burger he ordered. The worker told him he needed the other burger to show that it also had sauce on it. So he came back to our shop, took my burger back to Nancy’s. They told him they couldn’t make another burger and just gave him a new bun even though the sauce was on the patty itself. The lack of customer service was surprising and saddening. We will both think twice before visiting any Nancy’s burgers in the future.

Amanda Dedrick has an issue with wearing masks. What she doesn't understand is businesses are required to require them. Doesn't matter if you have an exemption or not. Nancy Jo's is a small privatel business. Masks, extra sauces etc all cost money. They have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that is not against the law. Bravo to Nancy for choosing to follow the rules. We love their food and the service is always top notch. In this day and age when businesses are closing I appreciate those that do what is right for their staff.

We have medical exclusion from the mask mandate and have been here MANY times since March 2020...was informed today not only were masks required no matter what but they would also sell me a disposable for $1.50 each. What a freaking joke. Super sad. Taking our money elsewhere.

Burger was good. Fries were burnt. But the music was so loud I couldn't even here the cashier. People were practically yelling at each other to communicate. I would not dine in here again.

My boyfriend and I love Nancy’s burgers, but after tonight we will not visit this location again. We ordered/paid online and requested sauce but still were expected to bring in extra money to pay for sauce?? That’s ridiculous considering I get my burger plain. And we paid online! I understand letting us know it would cost in the future, but we paid $23 for a meal and couldn’t even be given sauce. The extremely rude costumer service I received in asking for this sauce ruined my entire meal. Please add on your website that you charge for sauce at pickup!

I have been back here since my last negative experience a couple of months ago and yet again, I was let down. The burgers look like they smashed them with their fist before wrapping them up, and everything is very sloppy in appearance. While waiting for my food one employee was yelling to her co workers about an issue she was having to where the whole building could hear it, very unprofessional. Long wait, and too expensive for the quality how it has become. Someone needs to address these issues and FAST.

No one in the kitchen wearing gloves that were actively cooking and assembling food. Asked why no one was wearing gloves, and why they were not washing their hands between assemblies/tasks. Oregon state law tells us that there is absolutely no bare handed food contact allowable. Had to have the cashier call the owner twice (they refused my refund the first time) and I had to have them call again over less than $7 of my money back after I saw the cook and everyone in the kitchen handling food without gloves, and again, not washing their hands at all between tasks/stations. Frustrating because the food here is decent but considering we've been in pandemic mode for almost 2 years, this is unacceptable.
