Over half of the games were broken. All the pictures added look like fun, but are either physically obviously broken or have a tag on them. Even some of the ones that we put money in I did not have a tag on them took our money and didn't do anything. And all they had staff to do was put an out of order sign up, maybe. Very dilapidated. They are really letting this place go. I know recent times have been hard and I try to stay understanding of that but these guys have stopped trying. Go out South to Donatello's.
I appreciate all of the amazing people running and serving at this McDonald. My latest in-store visit was during the memorial long weekend morning. The hard working employees and super helpful management team made my morning bright and pleasant- friendly transaction experience and quickly meal prepping time. These totally killed my inner hangry monster. Please come visit this location and be nice, friendly and positive!
Everything was alright except the employee was kind of rude towards my older friend as he didn't understand what she meant when she said go pull up the McDonald's app and claim your promo code and read it to her for the buy two get one free breakfast burritos. Then we get to the window and get our food and he didn't get the free one so he said something and the girl rudely said, "he's claiming we never gave him the free burrito as if he's a liar or something." Super disrespectful! I'd write up my employee if I were the manager and I seen my Rep say that 3 feet from the drive threw window while they're opened. I'll have you know, said friend has made millions of dollars. More money then all of your workers will ever make working working at McDonald's put together AND Owns many houses and businesses. If he wanted a burrito. He'd buy it. So don't disrespect or talk down to your customers and tarnish their reputation by making them look like theyre thieves..If someone were inside that he was in the middle of working out a business deal with and heard your smirk comments. You could have lost him millions of dollars for your incompetence and your incapaIbility to count to three!
How hard is it to get an order right? Every single time this place messes up my order. A very simple order even. I paid for hashbrowns, why are they not there? Why can't I trust McDonald's to fill a simple order?
The only issues I've had with this location is the could use a bigger parking lot, but that's an issue for the entire city; we also have super tiny streets, messed up sidewalks, and don't get me started on the lack of stop signs! Intersections where it's an implied 4 way stop, is the city too cheap for stop signs now?! Anyways the food is always fresh here and the staff are very polite
I go here a couple times a month. Staff is generally friendly. Management leaves a bit to be desired. Female manager belittles the employees, in front of customers. Calling names and general disrespect. So bad one day I went inside after receiving my order to give manager a piece of my mind. Told employee to find a new job. She didn't deserve to be treated that way by anyone let alone her superior.
In general, I have decided to avoid McDonald's when possible. They have significantly increased their costs. I attempted to use the app for a discount but they made the process difficult, and employees were unhelpful. It was a negative customer service experience. The food was consistent with any McDonald's experience. Nostalgic flavors and smells.
Had a very simple breakfast order of 2 basic sandwiches, hash browns, iced coffee. Took over 15 minutes to get the food and another 5 after that for them to “make” the iced coffee. No one seemed to care or apologize for the wait.
I'm sure things are getting challenging at McDs with shortages, deliveries, and prices. But changing menu items for the worse will hurt your bottom line.For example I'll never buy orange juice from you again. If i wanted kool aid mixed with a little pulp I'd go to the grocery store. If i wanted a medium cup fronted as a large I'd just ask for a medium.You're destroying yourself.Is the ice cream machine going to be removed or repaired any time soon?
First of all my order was not complicated at all. It wasn’t even busy either. I ended up with an extra spicy chicken sandwich I didn’t even order and the fries were disgusting, AND my chicken nuggets are not fresh!! Sidel please learn to listen to your customers. Oh I also didn’t get my large soda I paid for.
