They have great customer service and they try the hardest. It looks like they need more people at night tho. The night crew all seem overworked
I want to recignize team members Supervisor Brenda, and Aliyah at the West Salem Store for their excellent service. Today, i barely got my order paid and it was ready. Very nice. Just Coffee and cream, but quick in and out. Coffee was Great tasting too.
I have been eating at McDonald’s for 50 + years. I have always thought the Salem Oregon stores were some of the best in the nation. But my last 2 meals were not good. My cheeseburger was cold. My fries were ok at best. And I had to throw away my apple pie today. It was cold and seemed really stale. I’ll be back but hope it will be better next time.
There doing it. Food is fast and most the time everything is correct in the order.
The drive thru girl Alexis Was absolutely fabulous and friendly!!! She went above and beyond with her customer service and I hope she is exactly what Mc Donald’s is trying to hire more of!!!!
Two days in a row I walk over on my lunch break around 6-6:30 and the lobby is closed. Thanks for making me waste my time and money.. cause now I have to use door dash and spend about 10 to 15 extra bucks to get the same kind of food and it'll likely arrive after my lunch break!Solid! Only in 2021 would the largest fast food chain close up shop at 6pm
You only care about customers in cars. The waiting area to order inside was closed at both doors and this was just after 6 PM. MAKES NO SENSE. My phone was at 7% before getting there. When I got there and turned it on, it was at 3%. If you let me order, I wouldn't have to take the 13 bus to the McDonalds on Lancaster and Devonshire and have my phone die with no place to charge it. Batteries & Bulbs? No help. Cricket Wireless? Closing. Boost Wireless? Also closing. Clearly no outlets at JambaJuice or Wingstop. Laundromat had 4 outlets but turned out to be feckless. Not even a chair leg on the cord could get it to charge. US Bank was closed. Saw an outlet at A&W/KFC but could only get 2% at best while waiting for over 30 minutes to adequately charge it. NUTS! Getting to that McDonalds before it closed at 8PM was just doomed. I also planned to stop at Taco Bell but they have an outlet...ON THE CEILING?!
I think the Mcgriddles were microwaved before we got them. They were scalding hot & the outer edge of the bun was hard & rubbery. The hash browns were good though. 3/5!!
Everybody was polite we were in and out no wait course we went through the drive-thru all in all it was a pleasant experience
They got one order almost entirely wrong, then when they remade it, they were super crazy busy, because it was sloppy and stained my shirt. Cut my losses and threw the remake away.
