Myself and my family have been coming here for years and have never had any issues. They make amazing food and the customer service is always decent. If you haven't given them a shot I'd definitely recommend it to other's. It's a must try! Oh also their facility is always clean and makes it feel safe to eat there. I used to really enjoy this restaurant for a quick meal, but they must no longer need people's business because I called last night and again for about the 5th or 6th time, no one answered the phone during business hours. I called multiple times over a 20 minute period. No business is THAT busy. If I can't place an order, there are a dozen other businesses in a 5-minute radius that will be happy to take my business.
If you're looking for some quick and great meat with rice or noodles this is the place for you! The cashier Noah is always very friendly, the service is good and the food comes out quick . They also have great spice levels, and can make it very mild/spicy. I personally like spice, and the sauce they have adds both heat and flavor!

Just called in an order. Found the menu Online. The gentleman on the phone said that the owners "Dont really do the internet" and that the pricing instore was almost double that of the online menu. If you would like to pay $11.00 for a simple chicken and rice bowl, you found your place.
Liberty restaurant great customer service the food is delicious. If you love spicy food let them know to kick it up some.
Ordered a Teriyaki Beef plate from south Salem. When I got home there was just meat in the to go container. When I have ever ordered this at other locations ALWAYS comes with rice. Not sure what the rush was in the store as it was empty as well with one other group of people waiting on food to go.I will not be returning and would recommend a different location for others as well.
It seemed like this employee has never worked a day in his life and was never trained by the owner in customer service. I walked in and wasn't even greeted or acknowledged while him and a customer we're counting pennies for 10 minutes. All he has to say is "hello i will be right with you." I doubt I will ever come back. Lots of other Asian food places in South Salem.

The food was alright. The problem was that I looked you up online and saw the pricing on your web site. That pricing was quite reasonable, so I called in the order. But when I picked up the food, the price was much higher. I won't be back. UPDATE YOUR PRICE LIST ON YOUR WEB SITE! I'm really upset. If the prices on the web site accurately reflected what you charge, I would still have ordered. But I definitely would not have ordered the onion rings at 7.95. The price on your online menu was 3.95. There weren't even 8 onion rings. That's over a buck an onion ring. :(
