Extremely rude. Repeated themselves numerous times (loudly, as to humiliate me) because they didn't understand me. So they were rude. They also quoted a different price for the crab rangoons (Crab meat Wontons), and charged me more. They didn't realize I had called for the price previously. I got it after about 45 minutes of waiting for 6 crab rangoons (Crab meat wontons), I got my order home and took a great big bite, only to find fried human hair wrapped around the rangoons (wontons) and my throat. I tried to reach them afterwards and they didn't answer. Once I was able to contact someone 2 days later, they actually asked me to prove that there was hair in my food, from the previous days. I told them obviously I had thrown it away, Being seafood no one ate for 2 days. They told me they couldn't do anything about it and that they had no number for me to call and file a complaint to. I will NEVER go back to this place. (EDIT FOR COMPANY REPLY) Yes, I'm sure that it's the right company. I go to the Walgreens down the block from it all the time.
My family was in town for an event on Saturday and decided to eat here. There was no one to seat you for a few minutes. We got the menu and there are no substitutions you can make at all. The host said the cook will not allow it! After taking the order it was hard to tell what was on the plate, one order was for almond chicken and what she got was unrecognizable. When we asked what it was, he said it was vegetable almond chicken not fried patty almond chicken, they don't have that. He didn't offer to replace it with something else as she did not want that. During this time one of our party had a surprised look on her face, there was such confusion with the menu and the service and what we got. I asked her if everything was ok?? When my order came out, it was all wrong and I told them it was unacceptable. They took it back and came out with my order. I tasted the pork chow mein and I have never tasted anything so terrible before, I could not eat it! The sweet and sour pork was terrible too! It was a very uncomfortable position to be in. We should have just left at the first sign of trouble. After paying $70.00 for this meal (that's with the tip), we got home and the party that had the surprised look on her face told me she saw a mouse 2 times when we were in there!!! She said she doesn't know if it was the same mouse 2 times or 2 mice!! Oh my gosh!! Probably a whole family of mice!!She said she didn't know what to do because of all the confusion going on!!Do not waste your time or money going here! I'm sick just thinking about it!!
Waitress/host was rude. Food was nasty. Would not recommend.
The (nastiest) Chinese food that I’ve ever eaten I will never eat at this place again it was such a waist of my 41$ if I was you I’d truly avoid we work hard for our money and we deserve to get what we are paying for I just feel so ripped off.
Really great food. Love the mother’s chicken! And the chicken and broccoli is a great healthy option! Highly recommend this place!
Food is real good ! But lady their is very rude
We both love really good subgum - this is one of the few places we've found that actually offers it. It was wonderful. We also ordered the orange chicken based on the reviews. DEFINITELY hands down the best orange chicken I have ever had. Will now only get Chinese food from Kuongs.
Me and my daughter got food here to go tonight and everything was so good! I can tell that all the ingredients are fresh and nothing was soggy like it had been sitting. This will be our go to place for Chinese food from now on!
Very good food. Also a nice assortment of gifted.
Went in the lobby to order lunch to go, waited for 2 minutes, nobody appeared, so I went down the street to Lum Yuen
