This place gets worse and worse! Last month the manager told us he’s to short staffed and he’s not taking our order. Then today I go to order the same chicken tender meal we always get. But even tho it’s all over their menu this location decides not to serve that menu item. How is this kfc still in business! Looks bad on the name

Love the $2 floats right now! Chicken sandwich did not sit well with me though. Next time we will just be getting floats for sure.
Love the food, the chicken sandwiches are great and crispy. Burgers are hearty and delicious as well. Cheese curds are always a go to item whenever I go there to pick up food, yummy mini mozzarella basically XD Always easy to get to right after work.
Thank you to the employee that gave me a root beer float as I was picking up a delivery order. I was in tears due to personal reasons and she made me smile for a moment for her kindness. Thank you again sorry for not getting your name
Yea we love KFC/A&W. But have been trying to get coney dogs for the last three days and everyday there is a different issue. First day ran out of hot dogs last two days ran out of coney sauce. But they disguised it as it will be 4 minutes and it will be done 20 minutes later I go in and they haven't even started our order and they just found out they don't have any coney sauce wtf who is running this store. Poor employees is due to poor management.
The food is great . but the manger there is a b----
I went in order my food through drive through once I got home I realized one of my orders was missing so I called and spoke to an employee that had start 4days before then I got hung up on while placed on hold. He was verifying if I could pick up my food at a closer location that is near my house. I called back back and the manager answered my call and she said they couldn’t do anything if I wanted to I could go back for my food I said I’ll just go pick up my money it was about 11.00 she said ok. I wasn’t able to pick up my money that day because I have a job and a busy schedule so I waited until the next day will when I went to pick up my money the manager helped me out and said I couldn’t get my money or order because I waited to long. I’m so upset that’s so unprofessional and in my opinion if I went and got food and didn’t pay I Would probably get the police called on for stealing rite but since they were the ones to mess up my order they could steal my money and act like nothing happen. I will be disputing my transaction with my bank. On another note they ran my transaction as cash but I paid with my debit card and I also brought that to the managers attention and she said that doesn’t matter.
Ordered 1/2 gallon of pepsi, was told the price was about $6.00 (don't remember the full price), 3 nights ago we bought 2 1/2 gallon for $5.86. I was charged $5 and change for 1.. I must have missed something but I am confused as to what the actual price is. Last night I tried to buy 1/2 gal and the lady at the window refused to sell it to me. She said they didn't do Pepsi, this was at the other KFC (not sure which road it was I think Lancaster Dr. Not happy with KFC right now.
Crispy chicken is the bomb, mac and cheese is ok too
