Kentucky fried Chicken is no longer good as it used to be. They are also overpriced. This place left three items out of my order. I had to drive 6 miles back to get what they failed to put in my order.
I have memories of KFC chicken hot and fresh. Not these days. Received near cold chicken, like pulled from heat lamp a while to set in box a while. Almost insulting the poor quality. Unbelievable service could be this low. Wondering what the manager gets paid for. Certainly, not training.
Ordered a Nashville hot famous bowl and I got my famous bowl, just with buffalo sauce and not hot oil, simple mistake. Would've eaten it without complaining if it wasn't an inch deep of sauce and barely any potatoes or chicken, just an inedible buffalo sauce soup.
I typically do not complain on reviews, but a 50 minute wait in the drive through lane seems a bit excessive when all they do is chicken!
Going to this KFC and expecting a correct order or good service is like buying $10,000 of Dogecoin at 70 cents. 3/3/22
Very slow service and the staff is not the best..dont recommend this store at all. Keep driving find something else to eat.
Wanted 8, all white, xtra crispy, wife likes wings, nope! You can have mixed ! Wait, What? Wow, 8 piece, xtra breast, slaw, 30$ only two wings. Sorry wife !
On 11/19/21 went to KFC. At the window was this teenage boy who had some attitude on him.I don’t care about your age when your at a job with customer service you best have some customer service skills.I do not appreciate the attitude nor the disrespectful smart comments.I am posting this as a reminder that when you work at a job with customer service you should provide good customer Service.
KFC worker Leopold Connor. Totally ignored me taking orders and not servicing my customer who placed their order at 6:09pm. I then heard him say he'll make sure I got my order last.He proceeded to call me "recorder" after I informed him I will be reporting him. Which was very offensive.
Waited 20 minutes from time of order to get my famous bowl and chicken sandwich. There were 3 cars in front of me. When they finally gave me the food I let them know it took 20 minutes and the guy said they ran out of mashed potatoes then slammed the window and turned his back to me. Didn't get the ranch I asked for nor utensils for the famous bowl. Food was also cold. I'll never go back. Last time I came here I had to listen to the guy at the counter rap to me. Place is a joke.
