Ordered a bucket of dark meat only chicken. Usually this is cheaper, but when I asked the price, I was given an amount $2 over the menu board price. When I asked why it was that much, they stated that prices have gone up and they are trying to get things updated. I reminded them that it's illegal to charge more than the posted price, however they don't care.I may have left with nothing except for the fact that once you are in the drive-thru, you are stuck. Horrible design for a drive-thru, not sure why so many places have similar setups.Oh, yeah, food is usually good. Still waiting on it, so we'll see. May avoid this place from now on.
The bucket of chicken ? was delicious. Price was $22.00. Plenty for two. It was simple and convenient. Employees were pleasant.
As always the chicken was good but $46.00 for 12 pieces of chicken 4 biscuits and Cole slaw and mashed?? Too much!
Great staff. Thank you for working so quickly on a large order with no advanced notice (sorry for that). You continually gave me updates on how long it would take while also dealing with other customers placing orders after mine and not a lot of places do that. Keep up the great work!
I had the Classic Chicken ? sandwich combo. The Classic Chicken Sandwich was cooked to perfection and was excellent! The fries were also awesome and tasted excellent with the seasoning. Only issue was the employee forgot to give me my drink. I went back to get it and instead of being a Root Beer it was a diet Pepsi not what I ordered. Needless to say I wasn't going back again! They were understaffed so I understand why she was so flustered and gave me the wrong drink. I will be back but will check my order before driving away next time I am in Salem.
Waited 10 extra minutes for NH chicken just for the staff to give me plain tenders with no sauce. My fault for not checking the bag but they put it in the NH container and put it at bottom of bag out of sight. You would think with only the drive thru open because lobby is permanently closed that they would quality check orders before they go out the window.
It's KFC, whaddaya want? The beauty of fast food is it's convenient and relatively inexpensive. Want something better? Go to a real restaurant.
It sucked and was wrong. Missing items too. 60 bucks down the drain. Never again !!!Dry, meatless and burnt chicken. Coleslaw was warm/hot, mashed potatoes delivered but no gravy. Bill shows i paid for it.Bad idea to eat there.Stay away folks

The restaurant was great. It was clean and inviting. The help were accommodating and very polite and enjoyable. The food was better than I thought it would be. The chicken breast was a big surprise of delicious food. I have not been to a k f c in more than 30 years. This was a pleasant experience. I will return.
