It's been good and it's been bad but today was by far the worst KFC experience I've ever had.The staff was nice and friendly which is why it's two stars and not one.However my Mac and Cheese was old, brown and hard. My biscuits were so undercooked they were still white. My chicken was absolutely awful. It was old, soggy and way too dark not to mention they gave me pieces where there were chunks missing and were more bone than meat.I thought after waiting 15 minutes just at the window something would have been fresh.Now to the smaller less important stuff. I asked for KFC sauce which was not in the bag. Also they gave me no gravy for my Mashed potatoes, to be fair partly my fault as I should have checked the bag better before I left but I had just got off work and was eager to get home and feed my family.I've had some really good experiences here with fresh food but this was one time too many considering the price for the food. I know it means very little but I won't be coming back here, I'll either go to the one on Commercial or get Popeyes if I want to get chicken.
I absolutely love the crew there everybody's very nice the store is clean managers are doing their jobs very well customers are being treated with dignity and respect and when orders are made wrong or passed out wrong they're very quick to take care of the issue and remake that food without charge and usually throw in something extra for the hassle drive-thru is always very helpful and respectful when looking for things on the menu and everybody's pretty quick about snappy service I will definitely be eating there again
Im sorry, usually good but this time it was just warm, tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile almost like day old. Chicken pieces were very, very small.
These guys and gals were crazy busy and they still had good positive attitudes, providing great friendly service. Everything with our large order was correct right down to the two chocolate, chocolate chip cakes. Way to go KFC staff.
Their extra crispy chicken is the OG fried chicken I've grown up to love. Always moist, fried to perfection. I'll forgive them for killing me with the chicken fat but that's where the flavor is at. My all time favorite is the chicken pot pie. My grandma love it. Buttery, flakey, crust. With that signature garden filled chicken filled inside. Don't tell my doctor kinda good. Last meal kinda good you know. Feed your 4 plus kids kinda value. Yeah it's good. Just saying.
Lazy workers. They don't read the whole order or something. I ordered through GrubHub and they missed pretty much our whole order. I can't stand lazy workers. Don't eat here they are terrible at following directions or even reading directions. Literally I worked in fast food before there is no reason. You don't close until 8:30 and it's 6:20 right now. There is no reason for this. Seriously can't stand this KFC. The worst KFC I've been to.
I went here tonight to get dinner, I was really looking forward to eating their strips. I got home, took a bite and it tasted TERRIBLE! The strips were SO dry and tasted like old oil. It left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. My husband called to ask if they could maybe let us come the next day to get a new meal because the food made me nauseous and I didn’t want to eat again tonight, they said no we would have to come back right then and there to get a new meal otherwise we’ll just have to take a loss on the meal. It’s also raining and stormy out and I don’t want to drive all the way over there in the rain at night just for them to give me food that would probably taste exactly the same because there’s no way they were planning on changing the oil before I got there. I will never come back! So disappointing and sad that they wouldn’t stand by their food enough to fix this mistake. Don’t go here their drive thru employee was really rude too. She just shoved my bag in my face and said nothing at all when I grabbed it she slammed the window shut. All around a terrible experience and I’m very upset about it.
Went in to order 4 family meals for a get together, only to find out that the advertised meals were No longer sold at this particular restraunt. We ordered a bucket of original recipe chicken and when we opened it the chicken had no skin and was soaked in oil. No one was interested in eating it. The skin was soggy and hanging off the meat, it was hard to pickup a piece it was so greasy and soggy. We had requested several dipping sauces of 3 different flavors and ended up getting 4 barbecue. I don't think anyone at this get together will be going to a Kentucky Fried chicken any time soon.
I was unhappy with the size of breast I received in my #15. I expected one breast and I got a half of breast. My order was almost $10.00 for a half piece of chicken a very small biscuit and a individual mashed potato with a tiny bit of gravy. Not really what I'm use to when going to KFC. Very disappointed ☹️
