Ordered at 10:50am got notification at 11:45am to eat my sandwich. Didn't get my sandwich until after 12:pm. Called to ask what was up and was transferred to the manager where I had to explain again my frustration. Not good customer service today. Not the first time either. If it's going to be freaky slow let someone know. Manager was not professional

All around quality of this establishment are not improving. At one time very good. Not good anymore. Slow&sloppy. Prices are higher. Quality low.
The staff I spoke To today one of which was a manager was very rude, unprofessional, and I was Hung up on twice! They were not able to fulfill my order due to not having bread for me. The first time I called the gal was not able to take my order and told me to do it online. I did That. Then they called to say we can’t make your order and just hung up! Awful customer service skills! I wont Be going here again!
Well Jimmy Johns has lost my service for good. Apparently it is corporate policy that if they run out of a meat for your sandwhich they will just substitute it for a different meat and not even tell you. Even for a delivery they think its just ok for you to get a different sandwhich without telling you or charging you less money. Never again.
I am shocked there are any bad reviews for this location. The young manager who helped me out with my order mix up was the kindest fast food worker I have ever encountered. I am not one to go out of my way to write reviews, but he was extremely patient with me although I now can admit that all mistakes were on my behalf. I am very impressed with the customer service I received! Excellent! I will be back!
I got here at 9:45pm when on line says they close at 10pm. Seen a girl I. There sweeping who watched me walk up to the door and try it only to find it locked. She wouldn't even tell me what time they closed. Closing early is bad for business. They just lost a customer. Change your hours so they are accurate or manage your employees better to make sure they don't close early and lose more business. Cause they just lost my business for good
Both sandwiches were topped so poorly and were drenched in mayo. Have them learn basic topping before you let them work unsupervised.
What has happened to the customer service at Jimmy Johns?? Are you just getting anyone that will work? No skills needed or what? I went into this location today and was not greeted, just stared at me until I told her my order. I guess her fake eyelashes were top of mind at the time. No niceties in the slightest. It seems as though I was a bother to them. Then my sandwich was thrown up on the counter. Not even a "have a nice day." It's an issue when the customer is nicer than the employee. The only reason I gave this a 2 star is for the food. You might as well get robots on there to make the food. They'd probably be more pleasant.
