Ordered online. Was told it was a 18 minute wait time. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting the place is not closed never received my money back and order is still in progress with no way to get my money.. nice jimmy johns way to go. Appreciate the waste of money
Drink isnt even full, had to clean the cup off of the cup. No bacon on my sandwich either. Almost $3 later and a wasted tip. Yikes thanks guys. Also my blt is skimpy as hell too.

I live 2 miles away from this location and they won't deliver to me. Why only deliver to addresses that are walking distance?
Dont waste ur money here. This location has constantly had problems, managment nor the owners care to address them. Any problem you could possibly think of happening when ordering a sandwich, ive experienced here. Go to jerseys instead and thank me later ?
Rude rude rude! I placed an order online for pick up not to eat in because I didn’t have a mask. As I went in to get my meal fast and get out. My soda was not filled and I had to do it myself. The lady working this AM at 12pm yelled and shamed me the entire time. Not offering me a mask. Not offering to help me while I wait in my car. Literally yelling and shaming me in front of customers sitting there (also not wearing a mask). I did not have a mask plain n simple not refusing to wear one I didn’t have one on me! I shouldn’t not have been shamed for it. I will NEVER go back! Instead of shaming maybe you should offer solutions! But maybe they have so much money they don’t need customers! Well good thing because you just lost a loyal one!
I’ve never been so angry as watching my wife cry after being harassed and embarrassed by the girl working today. Apparently customer service means nothing and your just a waste of her time. I’ll never eat here again!! Disappointed and ashamed of this food chain! Eat local they care about you!

No one acknowledges you, your a burden to come in. Don’t waste your time here you’ll just be publicly humiliated and treated like a piece of garbage. I’ve never had this bad of service anywhere. This one location is ruining Jimmy’s name because clearly they hate their job and humanity. Looking at you sweetheart! Just because there is a lack of workers shouldn’t mean there’s a lack of worth ethic.
