Got a smoothie and it didn't taste right so I threw it in the freezer so I could take it back to be remade. With the holiday and work I couldn't make it back for a few days and now they won't re make it and were rude about it saying "well it was so long ago" they advertise that they will make it right so they should especially when you are paying nearly 10 bucks for a drink.
I order mango go go and ask for no pineapple because I am allergic to pineapple. I ask the worker to replace it with orange instead. When I came up to get my drink I ask if there was any pineapple in the drink and they said no. And I drank it and both my throat and lip start to get itchy and I have a migraine and I throw up because of it.

Could have and should have gone to the grocery store and bought things to make a smoothie. Would have been faster. Staff glared at everyone walking in, waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged and pick up my order. Pass!
Plant-based smoothies!! Healthy options! Fruit bowls! This place is my all-time favorite place to go, Greens 'n' Ginger all the way! I also love their Gotcha Matcha for a morning pick-me-up. Beware though, sometimes depending on when you go, the smoothies taste different/ worse than they're supposed to. I've never tried asking for a remake, but the sign says supposedly that they'll do it. I'm guessing due to different employees and maybe they get tired/ careless, or quién sabe qué ?♀️
Off the charts customer service was great ? ? ? & they really do care about the nutrition of the goog tasting products that they created!
Good service, not enough real berry items on the menu. I had a summer blackberry that was shy on berries and heavy on milk. Not to my liking.
Ordered two drinks, both size small, staff remade one drink twice and smoothie still a couple inches shy of the top… on a SMALL. Other was ordered doubled blended, which did not occur, when asked to reblend staff refused saying they “couldn’t” unfriendly, incompetent crew!
Ordered a TYJ ... Waited about 12 minutes with no one ahead of me. No worries, but my drink was filled with chunky strawberries and tasted so creamy like it was a strawberry shake... Not acceptable after you make someone wait 15 minutes, give drinks to other customers who came after me, then hand me a watery smoothie...
I love this Jamba Juice store because the people here are great the quality is always superb it's always great conversation and they're always willing to help me with my silly questions about which boost is better for which vitamins and my situation. I recommend the Caribbean passion and the pomegranate Paradise they're both really good. I also recommend their yogurt granola bowls the fruit is amazing and it's a great way to start your day.
