I am so disappointed… I always order 1 medium smoothie with protein for my husband (he always gets a large cup) and another one medium split cup with vitamins for me and my son. Today they didn’t get it right and when I arrived I told them I ordered it in split cups and they split it in 2 kidscups… I always get two small cups. Two kidscups are one “small” size… but I paid for a medium size….
This franchise has consistently let me down. The employees do not know how to mix the drinks properly, and will short you every single time. It's super frustrating because I was a multiple times a week person previously.The only reason I went, is because a family member gave me a gift card. I do not recommend.

Jamba Juice is generally great! I love their smoothies.However, at this particular location today. I watched two customers kindly accept masks when the girl at the counter asked. The employee asked in a very rude and snarky tone. After, the two customers left the store a few of the employees at the counter preceded to speak poorly of the customers. I would just like to say, as an employee you represent your employer and should be respectful and mindful of how you speak of customers. As a person in general just remember that, “kind words are like honey— sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.”In addition, “Bad company corrupts good character.”

Flavor of my Caribbean passion was really good. I made a customization of no strawberries but add more peaches. It really made the drink better, however, they charged me an additional .75c. It is hard to believe there is any additional cost to the business in labor or product, and there wasn't an attempt to understand the reasoning that there should not be an additional charge. It is little details like this that make one wonder whether they ant to return because people remember the way you make them feel more than the product you sell.
