I am so disappointed… after having trouble with the Jamba Juice at commercial we tried this one again… I always order online 1 medium smoothie with protein for my husband (he always gets a large cup) and another one medium split cup with vitamins plus blueberries for me and my son (we usually got two small cups). They didn’t split the cups and I only got a small cup… I paid for a medium size plus the extra blueberries and vitamins…. Maybe never Jamba Juice again!!!!
Love Jamba Juice, drinks are always yummy. New flavors coming out often. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Worst customer service experience as soon as I walked in. Young lady at the front was extremely disrespectful. Attitude was aggressive.Intentionally said my name wrong as if it was a joke. If I was in charge of hiring and firing her she would be gone I don't know her name as I did not care to know after being humiliated by her

I ordered a watermelon drink, all I tasted was strawberries, which I did not order!$7.38 for an orange julius wanna be. Plus it was to watered down. I can do so much better in the back of my car, with a real watermelon!I left a tip, but not for the drink!
