This location just needs to be shut down already. Hours and staffing are so inconsistent which I can look past most of the time except today. Tonight my wife just wanted some of the tacos and luckily it was open (for once). Waited for the car in front to finish there $40+ order which took only 5 mins. Once arrived at the box to order we were told "Sorry we're closed now" and then promptly ignored. You would think they would make an exception for the extra business but not tonight apparently.
This jack in the box is rarely open maybe once a week ...its closed all the time it's rare if its open..I've never seen a jack in the boxes closed so much it is very odd and I finally seen they were opened one day and the food didnt tate as good as most jack in the boxes and customer service was not good...so if u want a jack in the box that will be open I wouldnt suggest going to this one that's for sure
Order $35 worth of food and waited over 45min in drive thru. First drive thru took 25min and when received my food there were missing items. Doors were lock to lobby, so, had to go drive thru again and waited another 20min. At that poing i just wanted a refund for my food and was denied a refund. The Cashier kept telling me that they were not allowed to give refunds because the store manager told them so. Out of the three employees there, only one knew the name of the store manager.
This place is closed possibly for good? It’s Wednesday and 540 pm no one here and the lobby looks trashed no one in the building. No cars in lot and nothing indicates they are closed just reduced hours and help wanted signs.
UPDATE: My niece talked to someone at the location yesterday (3/28/22) and they have No employees to operate the south Salem location. They are hiring for Crew members positions and all shifts. This explains the reason for not being open. I wish them lots of luck!The site says the south Salem location closes at 8. They were closed before 8. The hrs are a lie.. if they say they closes at 8 then there should still be ppl cleaning at 7:58 pm. Not a totally empty building
They are not open right now and it's Friday lunchtime.They're unexpectedly closed almost every time we come now. When they are open, they have trouble filling orders without making mistakes.I love Jack in the box by the way, my favorite fast food joint, but this location has been totally unreliable for months now.
This location hasn't been open during their regular business hours the last 3 times I've attempted to go here. It's 6pm on Saturday night and the place is closed...
I don't understand why this Jack In The Box is never open! Drove by yesterday and was surprised to see them open. Went there today and there was a couple employees sitting on their arses in the dinning room eating and they just shooed us away. Doors were locked and drive thru was blocked off. What's the point in showing up to work if you're not going to actually work! I hope they're not getting paid to not work.
Don't advertise shakes and have people wait 30 minutes in your drive-thru only to tell them that you're shake machine is down. That's called false advertising and is seriously the dumbest bait and switch I have ever been subject to. And the employee could not have cared less...Way to go Jack in the box!/s
Absolutely never open. Placed an order online, that never showed up and we got no refund. The food was 40$ and we've received no credit or anything. Says they're open, and the drive thru is shut off with cones and door is locked. Bs.
