I actually really like Jack in the Box food. The Sourdough Jack has been a favorite of mine for a long time. However, this branch is so bad, I rarely visit. The last time I went through was on Sunday 4/3/22 and unfortunately had another bad experience.We were going through the drive-thru. The gentleman on the speaker had a VERY hard time understanding our order. There were only three of us and two of us got the exact same thing. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times. It was so bad that after we ordered, I told my boyfriend, "We actually wanted curly fries but I was afraid to say something because I was afraid he'd mess the whole the thing up." I didn't mention "no tomatoes" on mine for the same reason.Then we sat there for 10 minutes behind a single car ahead of us. I understand accidents happen and sometimes mistakes have to be fixed at the window. Unfortunately this left a bad feeling in my heart (bad taste in my mouth didn't seem like the write analogy here) about coming back to this location.The food was good. We got exactly what we ordered, mostly because we were too afraid of him messing it up if we actually ordered what we wanted. So if you keep it simple and don't mind a wait, this place isn't too bad. The food is still good and the fries have usually been nice and hot and crispy (I like mine to have a bit of firmness on the outside, as opposed to limp or soggy fries).
Check the pics for this place, you can find the 5.5 poppers I was served when I ordered the 7 piece jalapeño popper. Worst drive through I've ever been to. The fries weren't even warm the were room temperature. Also they apparently overcharged me. Just don't go here.
Went through the drive through around 8:45pm. Every item we ordered was wrong and some were missing. Terrible experience
There food is cold and not friesh staff are moody and why can't we use cash if banks can you should be able to, I'd appreciate it if you have gloves on wall making the food
Went there to get some mini tacos but they were sold out. So naturally I ordered a couple regular tacos. Big mistake. The pictures on the menu wasn't even close to what I got. Just a smear of filling and a squirt of some kind of sauce. It was flat as a pancake almost like it was put in a press. Had I known tacos means taco crisp...I would have gotten a burger.
Don't understand why dine in, is restricted, unless staff has been battling Covid?! Besides that new chic sandwich was worth the over price!
Food was decently good. Hot and fresh. The sprite was like a seltzer with lemon brushed past.
Good was ok but the service was horrible. I tried to get the drive thru to get my order correct 3 times until I was cut off. Pulled to the window only to recieve am in correct order. This was the 3rd time this happened. I won't be returning, neither will my family
The wait in the drive-through was very long didn't have any french fries offered old cold hash browns in lieu of the french fries the burger was very sloppy and just overall a very bad experience
Ordered online. Highly highly dissatisfied waited 1 hr to get my food and when asked to get refunded was rejected because the manager wasn’t in store I spent 80$ to wait 1hr???????? Would give it 0 if there would be an option ? oh also they wanted to check my phone to confirm my order and with greasy hands got it all over my phone.and I bet they messed up my order. Update: got home and look at this disgusting is this worth 80$ and also they didn’t give me 1 more burger
