Every time I show up if its at 2am or 3am. They always say sorry our system is rebooting and it wont be up again until 4:20am. Why have a 24 hour drive through open if the system is always down, and if it is going to shut down every day at a time then a sign up would help every one in line waiting, so we don't continue to waste our time.
I showed up at 230am to wait in line for 25 minutes to be told that their system is “down” and will not be up until 420am to be precise. Seems I am not the only person who has encounter this exact issue. Ended up going across the street to Alberto’s as they are a full 24 hr location and their systems are able to take my money in exchange for food.
(I added a star on edit because I realized there is only 3 piece and 7 piece stuffed jalapenos, having the extra little breading nugget threw me off.)I don't know why I continue to come back but I always think maybe it was just that one time that was bad and yet this Jack in the Box always finds a way to prove to me that no matter what this location will always give me a bad experience.Whether it is rude impatient staff that asks you if that's it after everything you say, or just sloppy badly prepared or forgotten meal items. I don't get it, is the hiring manager specifically looking for the most incompetent lazy bad attitude workers they can scrape up?This last visit I had was at the drive thru the lady taking my order was rude and rushed me as per usual that was no surprise, I get to the window and I can't even tell if she's talking to me or the headset and she's serving attitude, and as we drive off and I get home I look at my stuffed jalapenos to find 3 jalapenos and one shriveled piece of breading. My fries are soggy and they gave me no utensils to eat them with, so I guess I'll just use my fingers like an animal. At this point I can only laugh because I'm the idiot who keeps coming back expecting decent service from a fast food restaurant.If you take away anything from this review let it be to avoid this location at all costs. Save your money and go somewhere else. Of course they didn't give me a receipt so I can't do their survey because I imagine if they gave out receipts their survey ratings would tank.
Tried to order food through the app since this is supposably the only 24 hour location near Salem. 4AM munchies hit hard.Not only did I arrive to a closed restaurant with no staff to be seen, THEY STILL TOOK THE MONEY.On previous visits the staff are almost always rude, don't tolerate literal theft.Update:2 Weeks later, contacting them through their contact page, social media, and trying to call the store, and they still have not replied. What a joke.
I love their food. If they could only get the orders right. Light sauces on sandwiches means light sauce on sandwiches . Simple request but is never followed. Very irritating. Have to go back through line after waiting which is sometimes very long lines
Waited 3 times, in one month, to order: was told they were closed for staffing at drive through every time. Great, work's hard, I get that; turn off the open light then...
I went at 1am for something quick on my drive home and it literally took me almost an hour to get through the drive thru. It took at least 20 minutes just to get through the line to the speaker to order.After all that waiting, they gave me something completely different from what I'd ordered (Sriracha curly fry burger instead of a chick n tater melt) and they didn't have any ranch dipping sauce for my fry's. They had at least 3 people working so I'm not sure what was holding things up but it was pretty annoying and frustrating to not even get the right food after waiting in line so long. I will not be going back.
30 minutes in the drive through. 15 min waiting to even order and then the other 15 to get to the window. They must have only person working. I would have left but they conveniently block you in. Not what I wanted to spend my gas on today
Only 4 cars in the drive through and yet we waited 20min to get to the intercom. Then spent 15mins at the intercom before anybody even asked for our order. then still waited 10mins to get our food. Not coming back again.
We went last night and all the lights were off except one in the kitchen, no signs anywhere saying they were closed. But one employee answered the speaker and he sounded like he could barely dorm a sentence like he was on something or high ?? He said they have nobody to work the night shift so they are closed. But it felt really off and he didn't sound normal. Weird experience
