I visited this location on June 5th at 10am. My total came to $27.15. The clerk told me they had no change and tried to refuse to give it to me. I suggested she return a dollar to me instead. She then gave me the 85 cents in loose pennies and refused to count it for me. This is theft and I am not impressed with the poor service at this location. They have lost a customer for life.
I found no jack nor any box; but damn they made an amazing burger and fries and fed my face well. I wad really hoping for some kind of hoping for some kind of party trick thing to pop out of my bag, but no it just kept giving me great food.Maybe Jack was off that day and sick of being in the box.I'm going back foe sourdough bacon burger tho!
This has to be the worst fast-food restaurant ever the employees don't want to work and then make up excuses anyting to get you to not order food from them tonight I was told we are accepting exact change only or credit card I'm pretty sure that you can't do that if you have a business open to the public you're obligated to give change and if you can't then you have to give them their stuff for free at least that's what I was told by the Salem Police dispatch
Fast food, not much to say, everything was over cooked, but edible. I would give it 2 stars, but the staff were very nice
My drive through experience was very nice! I also got the sour dough patty melt combo. It was so good.
Orders placed via the Jack ITB app not guaranteed - when I got there, they were OUT OF TINY TACOS but the app didn't know that!
No where did I see a sign saying it closes at 10 pm, website/Google both says Midnight. Got told at 9:40 pm they have no patties/chicken available. No signs about when they stop serving milkshakes/coffeeBut was told they aren't served that late. Wasn't asked about the meal sizes, or what we wanted as sides. We watched one of the male workers stand around not doing anything. The older woman with dyed hair had an attitude when we ordered.
Ordered a sourdough jack meal yesterday (Dec 18, 2021), fries were stone cold, the top & bottom of the bun hadn't even been grilled, & was extremely greasy, the burger itself was inedible & had to be thrown in the garbage after the first bite. In future I'm sticking with McDonald's. Hopefully, this branch will be closed down
Showed up at 9:50 they close at 10, was told by a lady they where closed. I mean it's okay I just wanted some food, and didn't want to cook. So McDonald's across the way got my business instead
The lady overfilled our cup with ice and did not put lid on correctly. Coca Cola splattered! They acted like they didn’t want to give us anymore napkins. Tacos were runny and fries not very salty mild temperature!
