Irritating experience. I went to get my 7yo son the tacos with the last few dollars I had till payday. They explained they were out of letticue, which would be fine seeing as there should be sauce and cheese on the tacos anyway..I could let the letticue go. I got the tacos..litterally nothing but meat. No cheese. No sauce. I'm super upset I spent my last couple of dollars here for food when I could have gotten way better food at 711 or McDonald's for the same price. Even my 7yo thought they were gross. I didn't bother calling to complain because I know fast food places don't even answer their phones anymore. Super disrespectful. I feel that they owe me my money back. It looks like corporate or whoever owns this location doesn't care that it makes money because me and several others won't be back. Super lame cause this used to be a good after work drive through.
I was enjoying my load fries when I noticed a hair at the bottom of the box I tired to get a hold on them but they weren’t answering what a horrible experience
They kept my card, and when I realized, I tried to call. They ignored my call 15 times in a row. Went down to get it in person, and the doors are locked. I had to get in drive thru line and wait 15 more minutes just to get my card. All they had to do was answer the card and run it out to me.Won’t return. Terrible customer service. They don’t even have a dining room, and they’re still slow.Edit: oh, and when we finally got to the window, the cashier pulled out a wad of cards. They clearly have a hard time giving bank credit cards.
I like the food here. Mock if you will. Check your orders before you leave, I have had omissions about 25% orders but it is quickly remedied. Nice staff, work fast.
They were efficient and I had a pretty big order and it was all right. Good as usual!
I forgot to take a picture. But I got the number 11. Homestyle ranch chicken sandwich and curly fries. It was hot and tasted amazing. Gave me lots of dipping sauce. Down fall was they forgot the napkins
Long wait, no soda, rude staff. Don't bother here. I know I will never try to rat here again.

The young lady at the drive thru was outstanding. I do mean outstanding. I had a very big order and she did great. The setting up of the app to do an online order sucked, and once I had it set up it tells me the store I was at did not do online orders. Frustrating to say rhe least. But again the lady at the drive thru was just top notch.
Their dinning area was closed. They would not serve us after we had to stand through the driveway in order to try to get food. On a Sunday all the actual good food places were closed in a walking distance. We were nice to them at the time, but don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
