Food was okay, though my steak was over cooked, but the wait staff definitely need some more training. The first one to assist me didn't know about anything on the menu (sides, specials, or the difference between dinner menu & breakfast). It was all straightened out in the end but made the whole process more difficult than it should have been.Walkways clear enough to maneuver a wheelchair but you may want to bring a mat for your service dog as they floors weren't the cleanest under the booths. Restroom door was also a bit difficult to open.

The waitress suggested I get the french toast combo. I'm glad I did. The hot food was served hot and the cold food was served cold. It was delicious. Compliments to the chef. I'm going back for seconds!
Wow! Most times I get the chicken fried steak breakfast, and is really good. You get the steak smothered in sausage gravy, 2 eggs, hash browns, and 2 pancakes. Now the $13+ price is a bit pricey, however the taste of everything was perfect. This time I got the delicious and spicy pablano pepper omlette w/ shredded beef. Fresh chopped jalapeno on top brought the heat. The table service was attentive, bathroom was clean, recently updated restaurant, and decent parking.
Great food and excellent service. It has been a few years since I have visited “IHOP” I was very pleased by the quality of their food and service. Place is clean and updated.I would definitely be coming back.
Our server was Great!!The “ I’m in charge now I’ll get this straightened out lady” has no people skills at all. I found out her name is Tina! There we’re 6 couples waiting. There we’re 8 EMPTY CLEANED TABLES!!! But according to her you don’t seat people without silverware ? Really news to me and I am from a restaurant family! What the hell happened to menus, water, and your server will be with you shortly! ? Then you bring silverware, more coffee or water, take order.The EMPTY silverware tub should have been kept behind counter with a person wrapping and filling it up and one filled up for backup. Ordered and then told out of Avocados ? Wow !! Then also heard her yelling at kitchen help, I think the Hostess was in the red shirt, she kept running her all over the place, dishes, cleaning tables, going back into kitchen. It was terrible ?. The people seated after us left! While patiently waiting to be seated 29 minute wait time by the way ? we got to hear about her Aruba trip while standing at the hostess station barking at everyone else and telling another worker that 4 people did not show up !!!! Well I probably wouldn’t show up either if I had to work with HER!!! Very very unprofessional
Walked in and request a specific seat. Was told no. Okay. When placing my order I asked for the bacon sausage sampler . Was told it came with a option of adding ham. To which I was all for. Our food was place on the table and there was no ham. Server said sorry ham doesn’t come with your meal. Okay no big deal. Began eating our food. Half way through our meal and our server had not checked on us. My partner wanted some hash browns so I got up and found someone. 10 minutes later we where given under cooked cold in the middle hash browns. Had to get up a second time to find someone to ask for our hash browns to be cooked the rest of the way. Took another 10 minutes to get our replacement side. By then we where done eating. Currently been sitting for 15 min finished with my food and waiting to pay my bill. There is roughly 10 employees and only 5 tables including mine. Unacceptable.
Went to IHOP after an appointment I had. They were running a few mins late and opened 5 mins after 6 when they are supposed to open. Thats fine tho, i understand you cant always open on time its not that big of a deal. But their portions are really small. I got the $14 breakfast sampler and there was barely enough food to fill me up. I couldve went to a Sharis or Dennys and get way better portions for about the same price. I havent been to an IHOP in years and now i remember why, its way expensive for what you get. Not worth it.Ps. My pancakes were also undercooked

Oh that was super nasty food. The kid working was quiet and definitely needed some training but he was kind and he did his best to do the work even thoe you could tell he wasn't trained properly.The food was not good. We won't be eating there again.
