The quality and quantity has taken such a nosedive the last few months. We keep trying but are disappointed each time. You get a half a scoop of Mac salad (if you’re lucky) and a couple pieces of chicken. They are even skimping on the rice. They have raised all their prices on everything but totally skimping on the food given. Ridiculous and greedy.
I was watching workers through the drive thru window and noticed a worker putting containers of sauce in another container. He dropped a couple on the filthy floor and picked them up and added those to the rest. Those containers are added inside your food box and touch the food! Not only is the floor filthy, but the rice cooking machine had brown stuff all over the outside. Clearly not cleaned in a while. I always enjoyed the food, but won't go back because of the lack of cleanliness.
most disorganized messy hawaiian time ever due to it being run by all teenagers i had a super simple order and somehow they got my chicken and my partners chicken all mixed together when they are seperate one is spicy the other is teriyaki and when taking the teriyaki order back because there was the spicy sauce all over it i was told its just the way things go when packing orders like no i go to hawaiian time all the time and its never like that there was sauce and mac all over the outside of the boxes as well as in the bag but nothing was done about it cause “thats just how things go” its absolutely absurd to pay for food for it to be not only wrong but all over the place another thing to mention is it wasnt busy at all either there was me and two other people there who had already gotten their foodso there is absolutely no valid excuse to be serving food like that
Ordered a regular plate and a large chicken plate with veggies and we paid 29 dollars for both plates to have 6 pieces of chicken and just bell peppers and onions.
You guys don’t listen to your customers therefore the quality and experience has taken a nosedive. Used to come here at least once a week for years. Losing more customers by the day. So many people walk out with nothing why would you take beef off and lose half your customers. People will gladly pay the little extra dollar or $2 to cover the extra cost of the beef. Such a dumb idea. Rather have all the other items off and have just beef items
Completely understand, shortages in food, but please remove it from your menu. Drove from SE Salem because the other location closed a early to find out they no longer serve beef only chicken. Sorry lost 2 customers
I hand hand the lady in the drive-thru my debit card to pay for my order. She's then closes the drive-thru window and walks around with my debit card while talking to the other employees for 5 minutes. I expect my payment back and not to be played with like they are playing with their jobs. That 5 minutes. She walked around playing with my debit card in her hand talking to the other employees, someone could have easily stolen my financial information. It seems as though the staff there have just gotten out of high school because they do not show professionalism at the workplace or provide customer service. I would advise not going here if you do not want your bank card being played with like it's some kind of joke.
Great food! So tasty! I always have to get a meal here when I'm in town. The huli huli chicken is really good!

Couldn't even get close to the right order. Asked for sub put Mac and cheese and veggies for rice and I got no rice at all and mac and cheese and veggies. Terrible and pulled pork was a disappointment to anyone who knows good food.
