Best in Salem by far. Great family run place best egg flower soup ever. I highly recommend this place to everyone, you won't be disappointed.
I got a take out order the other day that included the Golden Crown special appetizer and standard sweet-and-sour chicken and golden crown special lo mein. I was terribly impressed. The quantities were quite generous. Everything was perfectly packed. Separate containers for cocktail sauce, sesame seeds, hot mustard. Extra fortune cookies, soy sauce. So, that was great service. But beyond that, we loved the quality and the freshness and the flavor. Who expects tasty pineapple in the S-S sauce? I am not accustomed to receive such high-quality across the board. I rarely post online, but I felt compelled to do so. Good job, Golden Crown.
Not at all what we expected. I ordered shrimp chop suey, which looked just like the shrimp chow mein. Which did not look at all how we have gotten before. It was a bunch of vegetables in water. No flavor at all. The chicken curry had no flavor or any kick to it. The bbq pork was good and the crab puffs and the spring rolls. I got charged an additional almost 20$? Regulatory compliance cost? Service fee and total adjustment all underneath the original total on Uber eats. It was horrible and I will not be returning again.
The best I have been going here for at least 20 years I'll sit on and every time I go I I'm surprised at how amazing the food is the portion sizes are huge everything is fresh and delicious tender I could not urge you more than check them out they're a great business great service every time I have gone and if I didn't say it enough the food is amazing
A family favorite for about 20 years now. The food is always fantastic and the family that owns it is so wonderful. I love the sesame chicken with red sauce ? really great prices and always constant. I just love golden crown. Wonderful family. ?❤

We always enjoy going to the Golden Crown restaurant whether it's to eat is there it's to eat in or to take out. Very good food and prices.
We love the pork fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and the pork chow main add to that a large Bbq pork and it's dinner for two and one lunch the next day.
There always getting shut down by health inspectors and it’s always about food being expired I used to like this place but i won’t be spending money somewhere that is sketchy and doesn’t throw out there old food because there broke
I was initially unimpressed. But a representative from the restaurant called me back and resolved. I was then impressed. Very impressed. I will order from this establishment again!!
