I really enjoy the food here, and the hot bar is really convenient when you're in a rush. However, portion sizes vary widely when ordering from the hot bar. Sometimes you walk away with just enough food for one meal; other times you get enough for 2 or 3 three meals Not a deal breaker. Either way, you're getting plenty of delicious food at a fair price.So why the three stars? Because, as much as I enjoy the food, this restaurant is frequently and unpredictably closed without explanation or warning. They don't use their social media or Google Business profile to let people know they won't be open. You just have to drive by and hope. In the last year, a third of my attempts to eat here have led to a closed sign. At this point, I'm over it. Hopefully, you'll have better luck.

We have been coming to Fuji for about 12 years now and absolutely love it. Family owned and operated, perfect food and service every single time. Excellent value for sushi too. Don’t let the value fool you though, the quality of fish is waaay better than typical chain sushi restaurant. Incredible food, service and value. What more could you ask for?
Great Japanese food. Teriyaki chicken/beef combo was legit. Dragon rolls were awesome too.
Only had the udon and a cooked salmon roll but would recommend both to everyone. I'll be back soon!
Best sushi in town by far! Also their yakisoba is delish!

My daughter and I stopped here, we were going to eat. But because we needed to use the restroom first, I was asked to leave before my daughter got out of the bathroom, they were accusing us of not going to be a customer. Will never come here again.
