Pleasant workers. Other than that I honestly do not understand what the hype is about with Five Guys, or any of the publicity they put up around the walls.I like that they have all the condiments you can add and their fries are decent. But it's fast food, just like In-N-Out is fast food.
Everything is good...Burgers, fries and shakes...Cajun fries is a must try... Also coffee oreo shake..The only problem is they should handle vegetarian orders more carefully and separately....
Great burger, fries and shakes. Got the bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries and wow it was awesome. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming. My son couldn't make up his mind and they were very patient
Ordered 2 burgers for delivery. Received only one. I was charged for two. I attempted several times over several minutes to resolve by phone but no answer. Very frustrating. I had to drive to the restaurant to resolve the issue. Defeats the purpose of delivery for which I paid as well. Delivery service did their job. 5 guys should have reimbursed for delivery as well since I had to drive to resolve issue. I'm reminded why I don't order there, always an issue of some sort.
I took my daughter and my nephew to Five Guys on Commercial after a day of shopping in Salem. We had a slew of issues and I had to go up to the counter 3 times, it would have been 4 but 2 things were addressed at once. The first time was because my burger wasn’t cooked all the way. I know some people like it that way but not me. The store manager was super nice and refunded my entire order. I think he would of replaced my burger too but I wasn’t hungry anymore. We also hadn’t gotten our shakes yet. (It wasn’t busy). We had 2 problems after that, one was that my daughters burger took forever to come out (30 minutes?) and two it was completely wrong when she finally got it. By my 3rd counter visit the place was completely packed and this poor manager was clearly stressed but he maintained his cool even tho I could tell he was so frustrated he probably wanted to scream at his employees. He was just so nice and apologetic and he did everything he could to make it right. I’m writing this review just to say thank you to him. We are all human and the best thing we can do when things go wrong is to be kind, and he did just exactly that. I would give 5 stars but I had to dock 1 star for the issues. I didn’t think to get him name but I assumed he was the manager because he was wearing a black shirt and everyone else was wearing blue. You’re awesome, my dude. Props to you! ? I’ll be back because of you! But if I get another uncooked burger that might be it for me. ?
Cheeseburgers are always good. Price has increased but that is to be expected due to the current economic crisis. They do have some of the best tasting burgers in Salem. This Commercial location always seem to be pretty fast when ordering online.
There prices will be there downfall. Great burgers but I will not be back due to price hikes. Back to rice and beans.
The manager and his employees were open arguing and yelling the whole time i was there. Then there was one employee who was walking around on speaker phone trying to act concerned about customers but was bad mouuthing the manager in the lobby. I would have fired the guy on the spot. They were busy but 3 of the employees were not working just hanging out in the lobby. I don't know maybe to support speaker phone guy? Will not go back to this restaurant ?
One of the best five guys I’ve ever been too. The gentleman who helped was super sweet and patient while my children ordered. I dropped my bag and dumped a handful of fries and a few minutes later he brought a fresh replacement. The teams communication was great to see. Other locations could really take a lesson from this team.
Second time ordering 5Guys thru Grubhub.I’m done. Food was ice cold, (I mean ice cold), again. The bun on the burger was actually icy and hard in the middle. Do you put the bun on the patty right out of the freezer?Fries were so salty they were inedible. They were literally coated with salt.I find it hard to believe that it’s Grubhub, the food arrived on time. There is no way that it could have gotten ice cold in the space of time it took to get it. Yuck.
