Take your service elsewhere!The most horrible customer service.We ordered a pizza that they overcooked, and when we tried contacting the store several times they were either closed, or we were told to call back when the manager was in. We finally did so, and got nothing but a lecture from the supposed "manager" and she said she has zero authority to remake our pizza. Extremely rude and unprofessional to us on the phone.
been going here since i was little, best pizza in salem for sure :) i remember every sunday my dad would buy me a super saver and i would be so happy, eating it reminds me of good times so thanks for that figgys<3
Very disappointing they do not deliver 2.7 miles from their front door, if it's on the East side of the river. West Salem stays with West Salem. Got to keep that class inequality going though am I right?

Ordered 2 large pizzas, one turned out correctly, my more expensive pizza is ridiculously smaller: like it’s 3 inches from the side; store had people unwilling to correct the matter in a reasonable way. Horrible service, bad product!!! Management should be willing to make it right! Less than one star. Wish my phone would allow me to add the pic…. What a joke!!
Horrible service and rude af! No quality control! Paid for the large and got this!! Horrible pizza! Need to retrain employees! I’d be embarrassed if I was the owner!!
This is a fantastic store! It's very clean and well maintained. The staff is great! The owners are active in support of their local community's charities and schools. The food is consistently high quality and order ahead orders are always on time.
I originally had a horrible experience. The driver was 15 minutes late delivering our pizza. When I called the driver she was rude and unprofessional. Saying she couldn’t find my apartment even after I gave her direction verbally. Her response was “well I guess I can continue to look”. I told her I’m not sure what else I could do. She said “well I don’t know what else to tell you but I can’t find it”. I hung up with her then called the restaurant to speak to a manager. 10 minutes pass by and the driver arrives and leaves our food at the door. As I’m on the phone, the manager is being defensive about her driver. She said they can make me all new food, get it to me quickly, and refund my food. I was more than satisfied. As I get a knock on the door, the man delivering is the owner! He apologized repeatedly and I explained the situation. The fact that he was already at home and decided to personally deliver this was beyond what I expected! Owners like that really make customers want to come back! Thank you so much!
The pizza is always hot and delicious!! Love the boneless wings also
