Super friendly staff -helfull dont rush you and help you make a decision if your kot sure without making you feel stupider and unhip
I got a drink from here, they made it but didn’t add chocolate drizzle like we asked so they fixed that, then I tasted it and it was way too sweet and had WAY too much chocolate, it tasted awful. I had them make yet another one and it was way too watered down and didn’t even taste like coffee, like why can you just make an in between coffee? Keep in mind this is a coffee I always get when I go to Dutch Bros. I asked for a large cup to mix the two and then it didn’t even give me a lid so I had to ask but then the large lid hardly even fit the cup. The staff are mostly nice but it’s as if they weren’t trained, just random ppl thrown in there to experiment. Would not recommend this location.
It's what you expect. The Dutch bro was rad. And nice to my child. We don't get a ton of coffee but when I'm in the mood for a sweet cold drink. Dutch Bros does it.
Very considerate, I was running behind and this morning was just one of those morning! Even though I was short, he was determined to take the time and get a conversation out of me. Then surprised me with my birthday drink. Just turned my morning around. Thank you
Dutch is always great. Our favorite batista is Rocky. He's always super friendly and even remembers our orders.
This team always does an awesome job. Even the long lines go quick. Friendly service and tasty ooffee
Passing through coming from California going to Washington never tried this establishment before. Ask the server I needed a pick me up. Not sure what she gave me but it was good? . it was like a tropical drink.?
Great coffee! My only complaint is that we weren't asked if we wanted to tip. Our order was $9.25, and she just gave herself a $1 tip and thought that we wouldn't notice. I know it's only a dollar but it's about the bottom line, DON'T TIP YOURSELF WITH SOMEONE ELSES MONEY WITHOUT ASKING AND THINK THAT THEY WON'T NOTICE!Probably won't be returning to this location because of it.
On the 6th of April I was having a particularly difficult day. You see my husband has stage 4 small cell cancer. I was struggling to maintain and your staff was so gracious in their caring not even knowing what I was upset about. ? They did help my day . I do hospice work and still had angels to go see. The guys and gals helped give me that extra to keep going. I thank you all. I can get good coffee almost anywhere but it is the staff that makes yours great.
Employees who work there are very polite very respectful and very commutative communication wise they deserve a tip plus Dutch Bros is life
