Coffee is good but most of the time I go It's a long line in a small lot make no sense how they have it set up, usually everyone is friendly, but the music is so loud they hang out the window to talk this in my opinion is not at all professional trun it down
They have like a killer vibe my dudes, just working like no tomorrow. Dope coffee, dope muffins and stuff, and even dope staff. I be chilling with the Dutch clutch crew for a hot Monday minute my bros for sure.
Hot chocolate here is excellent - the best. Coffee is not so good. I never go there for coffee, but their hot chocolate is a treat

There is always a really long line, no matter the time of day. Also my coffee is always wrong. I know I should say something but I never do as I'm not a confrontational person

The only reason I gave a 2 Star is because LOGAN the young man who took our order outside was the only thing pleasant about this visit. We were passing through and wanted to stop at our favorite coffee place before we were off for the day. The line was super long, as usual but this location had the storefront that you can walk into. The young, long brown haired lady, looked of Asian decent or something similar was extremely rude to us when we walked in and greeted our “hellos” with “you can’t be in here, the lobby is closed!” When we said we just wanted to order and can wait outside, she then quickly and rudely responded again, “YOU CANT BE IN HERE, WE WONT SERVE YOU.” The person I was with said okay that she just wanted to look at the menu and then we’d leave, she rolled her eyes.We went outside and Logan took our order. The franchisee of this Dutch Bros should find a better customer service person, you are unpleasant lady. Thanks Logan!! 5-STARS!
