They are quick to a fault. I go through a few times a month at least once a week and every other time I'm given something I did not order. They are getting new people in but they don't know how to make the drinks so then your drink ends up without something, for example today I ordered a unicorn blood and I got a lemon drizzle (I know this because she asked me if that's what it was supposed to be) even after telling the girl she was making the wrong drink and she went oh oops sorry AND HANDED THE WRONG ONE TOO ME. I told her again we don't want a lemon drizzle we can't drink lemonade she goes well you got your drinks and shrugged...most of the time they are friendly and nice idk what that girls problem was...
Very disappointed in this visit. Being a widow, on a small fixed income, speciality coffee drinks are a real luxury. I paid, and tipped, for a well-made blended drink. This had dozens (not a few) ice chunks in it. It kept clogging up the straw, so I couldn't even have any until I got home and ended up straining it into another glass! I used to get DB two to three times a week, when I was working, and I have never had such a disappointing experience EVER.I guess I'll be finding a different place to try, next time I want a treat- that way, hopefully, it will be a treat.
I go to this location a few times a month after my chiropractor. They are always friendly and lovely, and even though I'm walking through the drive thru, they never give me a weird look. Coffee always made just right.

I always buy my kids large drinks at this location since its close to our home so it was my daughters 10th birthday on monday and so I took her to order her free drink and she ordered a large but the girl taking our order said she couldn't do a large it had to be a small per managers rule that kids only get a small on their bdays. My daughter was sad so We ended up later going to another location and they gladly happily gave her a large free drink and even wrote happy bday on her drink.
Every time i go to this one my drinks taste watered down...i go to any other and it tastes great as usual. Idk what theyre doing at this location but ill be going to different location
I love this place; but I am VERY disappointed that they are open on Christmas day. Shame on the owners for making these kids work on Christmas morning.
It has good coffee and good service line gets really long at times though
The employees were obviously friends with the car in front of me. Both of the stops to order and pick up were very long times. They talked way more than necessary and I was in a hurry. Something that should have taken 10 minutes was over 20 so they could talk. The guy at the window throw the straws into the car window. It was crazy. I didn't enjoy being late to my next stop because they were socializing instead iof working. Also they didn't wear thier masks around the car in front of me. The whole experience was disturbing.
