20 minutes is way to long to wait for your order that was placed before getting to window,and then to find out it was never sent inside.Had to repeat my whole order (2)drinks and sit and wait for several orders to be sent out on other side coming after my order was placed before my order was even made.3 people is definitely not enough staff for such a busy shop..We used to come here everyday but the staff started to change along with the quality of drinks..Will go back to W.Salem,even if the music is way to loud

Dutch Bros coffee is not triple roasted like at Starbucks so it is a smoother blend. I find them friendlier than Starbucks and the staff go out of their way to help you. One time my credit / debit card would not go through I started to dig out cash they waved me off and gave me a free coffee. My family frequents them often even those that don't drink coffee enjoy the Italian sodas and hot chocolate. And my little 3 yearold grandson has the biggest smile when he's handed a little Dutch Bros not so hot chocolate and a little cup his size.
I love all my kids at DUTCH. Coffee is good but watching the kids grow and hearing their stories is the best.
