Can't go wrong with any Dutch Bros that I've been to, but my favorite location is the Monmouth location. Super awesome staff, remembers your name and they are always upbeat. Delicious no matter which one i try. The staff is also very good at suggesting delicious drinks
The girls at the window were wonderful and kind. The girl that was taking my order this morning was very rude and pushy. She seemed very unhappy that we were there. She kept trying to rush my order. She was very short with her responses. When I was trying to add additional things to my order, she interrupted me saying “is that all for today?” after each item I was trying to order, even though I was not close to being done (I had 3 drinks to order plus 3 bakery items). Normally I am very pleased with my experience here but this young woman really put a damper on that. I am not sure if she was having a bad day, but as a customer service experience manager for 10+ years, I would definitely have a conversation with her regarding how she comes across to customers. She was working this AM (12/15/21 at 8:00 AM) running the orders from the cars.All in all, she seemed like she was not happy at her job and it was very apparent.
Quality is going way down.. used to love Dutch. Now seems like Noone cares if they get your drink right. Which 9 times out of 10 they havent.
Very disappointed in our drinks..stopped going for a long time because of the inconsistency in drinks..very seldom do we get what we order,tired of having to go back thru the line to get it corrected and listen to the deafening music,maybe if it was turned down the orders could be heard better..I really wish trainers would be more adamant about consistency.
