Requested extra sauce and did not get it. Went to ask what happened and was told "the owner" put it in the oven and it had extra sauce. Eventually I was told that I ate too much of the pizza for any help. I told them I don't care about money I just want the pizza to be right. See attached photos for authentication. Love the pizza compared to Paddingtons. But not sure I'll return.
If it weren’t for the fact that the pizza is good, I wouldn’t give them any stars. To start, I tried to place my order online to make it easier, added my pizza to my cart for $26, but breadsticks is not an item that can be ordered online (as of today 4/18/22) so I had to call and place my order over the phone. Ordered the exact same pizza I had just built and the breadsticks.When I arrive, my total for the pizza alone is $32. I was quite surprised at the different prices from on their website. The manager said ‘his hands are tied and there is NOTHING he can do’ despite the fact that I explained, the only reason I called to place my order was due to the fact that they did not have breadsticks on the website. He continued to tell me he can’t do anything and I’m pretty much stuck. His lack of customer service is astounding. Since he just kept rolling his eyes at me.I highly doubt we will be ordering from them again. Maybe Garlic Jim’s or Odd Moe’s will have better customer service.
Can't even give 1 star. Had a horrible experience when having a birthday party here. The party had been booked by the previous "party planner" and the time to end the party had been changed to 3pm, but no one contacted the parents to let them know. So, they had 1 hr to order pizza, eat, have cake, open presents... cannot accomplish this in 1 hour. The "manager" threatened to call the police if the party was not done and tables cleared by 3pm! Needless to say, the pizza order was canceled. The new "party planner" did apologize and refunded the money for the pizza. When it was requested to talk to the manager, he refused to come out.
We are done with this place. I call for delivery and the Rude snot on the line says “we are NOT delivering tonight.” Fine. I call back and order for pick up. The same snot says “if you want that special then order it online.” No thanks. Didn’t use to mind spending the insane amount for pizza there. It was good and the staff was great. Now, I will spend less somewhere else where they have some respect.
Better make sure you show up 30 minutes late... Had to stand and wait over 32 minutes..... AGAIN! Same excuse and oh well as every time. Maybe just be honest about your pick up time or say you are too busy. Delivery obviously has priority... as for me and the 9 ithers waiting forever.... we are all THRILLED!!! I would give no stars but I can't blame the pie.
Unfortunately this was the worst experience ever. Arrived and waited 15 minutes before someone would even come over to the dine in counter to take our order. Meanwhile they kept attending to take out and DoorDash orders. Finely after taking our order, we found out none of the games were working. This was the whole reason we came. Returned to the counter to ask if we could have our food to go but no one around. Called the location with request and was placed on an extensive hold. Once I got someone on the line, the girl was very nice but clueless to what I was asking. I asked to speak to a manager which I never received. The girl got back on the phone and I finely was able to get our pizza in a Togo box which is all I needed. Several of the soda flavors were out. Once again there was no one around to inform or address the issue. I’m sure the pizza is ok but the service sucks!
Food was good. Fun atmosphere for kids. They have football games on all the tvs
I love this place! The pizza is easily among some of the best in Salem, the kids can go crazy on games, they offer wings fries and salads for a little diversity, the only slight negative is this place can get a little spendy. However I think it is quite worth the price. Give it a shot!
My family and I love this pizza place! Foods always great, it’s always clean and the “ House salad “ is the best and I’ve ever had at a restaurant. 10/10! Highly recommended!! Especially for kids parties!!
I did not eat there. I picked up an order. The place looked clean but in dire need of some TLC (especially the ceiling by the order pickup desk). Looks like an independent business that crossed Chuck E. Cheeses with a Wunderland Arcade. That aside. They are S.L.O.W!
