Absolutely fantastic! Family owned and operated. Sets the standard on Salem Birria. Shrimp tacos, chicken tacos... All amazing! Great food, great service!
Food is good but they never answer their phone and their hours are very spotty! Many times you’ll go and they are closed or not even there they should do a better job being consistent or at least answering their phone!
Just tried for the first time today. The $1 tacos were so yummmy!! I will definitely be going back.

l really want to give them four stars, but their is a big caveat. I've tried a variety of tacos and and all of them have been delicious. They also have a great taco Tuesday special. The big let down though is their unreliable hours. On multiple occasions, I have shown up Saturday's around 12pm-1:30pm and they haven't opened yet. Google Maps and their Facebook say they should be open around that time, but I've waited and waited and no one shows up.

Great birria tacos.
One of the newer food trucks in South Salem these guys are legit. I had just been down in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico the week before I first tried Don chuys for the first time and it was exactly the same amazing street food that I just had the week before in Mexico. And they have a dollar taco Tuesday. The Al Pastor is amazing the only thing they don’t have is the roasted pineapple to go with it. I highly recommend giving these guys a try.
