Pizza was awesome, it wax ready when I git there . Just as I ordered and it wax very good. I've always have been happy with the dominos on Silverton rd in salem . They are friendly and fast, the pizza is great. I would highly recommend this place for pizza , I order from there at least once a week.. can't beat their prices and the pizza is always top notch..
The people who work there are awesome. Fast and professional. Would recommend this location. I usually go to another location, but it's worth going the extra miles for good food and fast service.
Last year on December 5th I bought food from there it came out to about $36 and as soon as I ordered It I went back to the car to tell him that it would be an hour my ex didn't want to wait that long so I had to go back inside to cancel it and I still haven't gotten my money back till this day. Can I please get my refund back ?
Ehh it's a large pizza chain. Sometimes they take too long sometimes they are ok. But today the cheese was not melted all the way on my pizza.
Online order pay at store, I got there and somebody slid a pizza onto the floor and made a mess. I looked up and realized it was part of our order. When I asked about it, they'd said it was not our order, but for some reason I'm at the back of the line again, and they're making our pizza order. Figure that 1 out. Then I try to pay for it because I'm willing to wait, and they won't take my money because a $24 order can not be paid for with a $50 bill. Wish I had known that before I left the house. They threw the order in the garbage, and I had to leave without my food. Nobody wins.
The pizza is always barely warm Everytime.After 5 minutes it’s already cold. Today I waited 2 hours, Called twice just for them to tell me the second time that they’re refunding everyone due to no delivery driver and “dangerous” circumstances. After asking if I can pick up she said I’d better hurry up cause they’re closing in a few minutes. This will be the last time I’ll be ordering from dominos
My girlfriend and I have ordered pizza from here three times over the last year and a half. The first time, we had to wait over an hour in the parking lot for pizza that the app said was ready. The second time we watched two episodes of Forged in Fire (30 minutes each) and then played cards for about ten minutes. The last time, I showed up to pick up the pizza after it was ready according to the app, then when I went inside they said we hadn't ordered a pizza. I showed them I had the correct location on the app and then they magically knew our order and made it without us telling them what it was. There were three or four people in there and while it was busy, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes despite them mixing up or losing track of our order lolI have no idea how this specific locations got this way, but be warned that it's been this way for at least 18 months. I know covid times are tough but holy canoli, don't hit the "the pizza is done" button and have me drive out there if it won't even be done for another hour or more.
I usually never have issues with dominos. I received my pizza cold and looks like it was shaken up or dropped. I called and I think his name was Blake handled the situation very professionally and promptly. I was a little bummed out over my experience but he was wonderful. He’s the reason I’m giving 5 stars and taking time to leave a review.
There was a car backing out by the shed they stuck in the parking lot, so I couldn't go in that entrance. I went into the next driveway, planning on backing into the first space. Instead, "TREVOR" was walking back from his delivery car and stopped me in the middle of the road completely blocking my car and tried to tell me I needed to back out onto Silverton Road, with children in my car, and go around the building. I couldn't back into traffic, it was nighttime. "TREVOR" stood directly in front of my car, refusing to move for several minutes. I asked for the manager to come out. The manager would not come and Trevor did not budge until after I had called the police and another employee told him to get inside the store. What kind of customer service is this? Trevor is giving Domino's and Incredibly bad name!
I haven't ordered dominos in a long time. I usually order Papa John's but their quality has gone downhill over the years. Today I ordered here and OMG I didn't remember it being this good! They have stepped their game up! It was the best pizza I've had in a long time! Bread was soft and fresh with buttery garlic on top that melt in my mouth. The pizza was so good too!!! I will be ordering from here from now on! And it was under 30 min!!!! I normally don't leave reviews but this pizza and bread was the bomb!!!!! The pictures don't do it justice! If I could give more stars I would ??
