I thought the store of Commercial was bad. At least they don't hang up on you after refusing to refund your order. I wait 2 hours for my order, then its not even the right order, its cold, its crammed into the box and spilled everywhere, then they tell me they won't fix my order, or even refund it. They tell me they wont even give me full credit, and act like I'm unreasonable because they're understaffed. If you can't deliver the goods and services, you give the money back. Period. What an absolute scam of a store. I'm getting my refund, even if it means a backcharge. 0/10.Edit: I have received my refund from the store manager. However, everything else bad about the order still happened. Not ordering from here again.
So terrible.I ordered & payed for a pizza and it took over two hours to get it.& When I called the store the workers were completely disrespectful & not at all helpful. They weren't even concerned.They wouldnt even bring parmesan cheese & peppers because I didn't 'pay for them' even when I paid for a complete order that they took over two hours to make ? Never ever ever ordering at this dominos again
Always closed at the most randomized time. About 50/50 chance there would be people wanting to work. Lazy employees. I assume even worse managers. It's making a pizza... Not rocket science. Not hard labor. Get it together domino's.
They did make an error when I placed my order but when I noticed how much I paid didn't add up for everything I wanted I told them and they were quick to fix the issue and super nice about it. For a super busy Saturday when they're getting slammed their customer service was outstanding ?
My order was not like I ordered. I didn't want to drive all the way up to Silverton rd where I normally go. I wish I had. I was very disappointed when I got pizza home. I will probably never eat at this location again even though it is almost across the street from me.
This is by a mile the best Domino's in Salem/Keizer. I usually only have to wait ten or so minutes after they say my pizza is ready for it to be ready. Always hot and delicious.
Didn’t know I could have a “good” experience at a fast food pizza place but Don and Ashley I believe it was at the register made my experience perfect. I ran through some troubles with the order and Ashley fixed it for me and made it an incredible experience.
I got pizza from this place and when I looked at it there was loose flour and it wasn’t cooked all the way and I got pasta and it only has 3 peace’s of meat! And when I went to try to get a refund or for them to remake it they said the couldn’t then I said to let me speak to the manager but a worker came up and said he was the manager and I left and came back and asked for the managers name and phone number but they only gave me his name and they didn’t even care about giving me his managers phone number and they had aggressive behavior when I talked to them about all this also when we left and came back I asked a other worker if the person that attended me was the manager and she said he was just acting like him so we didn’t get a refund or remade and for us to leave. If the manager sees this the name that they gave me when I asked for the managers name billy fredmen and the date this happened was 1/6/22
They are dirty and disgusting. The manager is a little girl that doesn't know what she's doing. If you're breastfeeding mom they make you pump in the bathroom, which is extremely unsanitary which can only say for the rest of the store. I'd rather spend more money anywhere else than support this business.
The worst Domino's I have been to. Stood in the lobby for 19 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, and not even a sorry it took so long. I will never order food from this location ever again.
