Okay - I don't know the name of the girl working the drive through window today around 1:30pm at this dominos but she absolutely made my day. She is hilarious. Her customer service was something else. Seriously so kind! It was really great and refreshing to see such a laughing, smiling, and joyful person working at a restaurant! I don't know who it was but she's amazing and she made my day! You're awesome - Thank you so much! Not many people around these days like her! Grateful for the laughs. This dominos is the best 100 ?
Alana I want say was her name, but she was working on sunday April 24 wanna say the only women on shift but not sure she had such a positive attitude and I can say she was the best worker in there was on to everything and so communicative and it was amazing to see because I don’t see a lot of people keep such a strong positive Attitude in a stressful environment, so just wanted to admire her work ethic, and her true kindness to us, may she achieve and do many things in this world
I ordered 2 medium pizzas with wings from the wrong location but re-routed to the location near Fred Meyer on Commercial and waited...and waited...and waited a little longer, only no one came to the drive-thru window. I parked and went in, and when they gave me my order, I asked about the deal they have that when it takes them longer than 2 minutes to get your pizza to you, then you get a free pizza on your next visit. The counter person called the manager who said they weren't doing that deal at their location, so I questioned then why advertise it on the Dominos' webpage? The pizzas were cold and the jalapeños were tough and chewy and not cooked into the pizza, one of the pizzas was not cut correctly, with lots of bubbled-up areas, so overall, just a lousy experience.
After working for a Dominos after being a long time customer.I will Never be a customer again.If the Public saw what I saw, No Contact would be the least of your concerns.Out of date food being sold.Filthy work place.Staff Do Not was hands after touching dirty things, straight to the food.The owner is all about milking the kids working for him, sweatshop style.It's all about getting Your Dollar
Only 3 stars cause they have now twice sent a driver over not knowing we had a coupon for “the remaining amount”.It’s not super hard to say to the driver, “hey they have a coupon”.Pizzas good ??
Didn't use the app but tried to order online. It wouldn't go through. It just get trying to load when I went to check out. Went to the store and told them about it. They said they didn't know what was going on and that they would take my order in the store. I went in and gave my order. They said it would be about 20 minutes. I waited there it front as I told them I would. I ended up having to call them back to see if my order was ready yet. They said they were just pulling it out. I asked them to bring it out to my vehicle. I could smell something burnt but was hoping it was something minor. Nope got home and the bottoms of all 4 orders of lava cakes and the order of brownies was burnt. I just can't believe they let that go out of the store. They should of told me what happened and I could've either waited for more to be made or just took it off of my order. Not going to trust them again!!!!! Happened in 1-18-2022
the food was fine, but slightly worse than most dominos. it took over an hour to arrive with no updates from the restaurant when it's only 600m away from my house, and the delivery person almost gave me the wrong food. never ordering from this location again ?
Very poor service. Cold food after having to wait in line at the drive up for a half hour behind a car that also couldn't get waited on. Will be going elsewhere for pizza. The manager was very rude and just walked away.
These are the best team players. Great team work.
The delivery person Brandon's quick and efficient. The pizza was just as I ordered and tasted wonderful.
