Really good doughnuts! I had a mango cream doughnut and sooo good. They also advertise the best coffee in Salem and by far not the best coffee. I drank mine but my wife threw hers away because it was so artificial. False advertising on the coffee but the doughnuts are legit!
The staff is so friendly, i can see them smileing thorugh their masks. Great donuts to compliment that morning coffee or that hot afternoon sun with some ice cream.
Awesome selection, always fresh and soft.Great service,..till you pay. They prefer cash , and get kinda pushy about. I never have cash so I hate that part. But other wise great.
The quality of the donuts is poor in my opinion. If you don't have cash to pay they get a little rude. The price for a 12 donuts is 14.99 I felt it was way way too much for how poor the quality was. The frosting was thin and not consistent. The taste has also gone way down and has been declining for many years now. I do not believe I will return after this last time.
The Donuts are decent. But be careful because they are using a very old cash register which does not calculate the change to be given, and the woman working doesn't do math well and gave us the wrong change in fact she owed us $5. It was good my twelve-year-old grandson was paying attention to the change given, because I certainly was not.
The donuts are delicious. The location needs some TLC. And the cashier that works on the weekends needs a serious attitude adjustment. I don't appreciate the reminder that cash is preferred. I can see the sign! Don't need to scold me for paying with a card
Recommend by many, I made it a mission to stop by Daynight at least once, and that one trip was not enough! The selection is out of this world. Donuts of all kind, filled with so many different creams and fillings. My husband and I reluctantly settled on a half dozen, although my heart really wanted a full.Our pickings:Strawberry Frosted - A regular ring donut with sweet strawberry frosting and sprinkles. I'm sure when I ate this donut it was barely out of the oven. It was so fluffy and delicious. A+Blueberry Crumb - A fluffy Berliner filled with blueberry jelly and topped with glaze and a cinnamon sugar topping. First thing I noticed about this guy was how heavy he was! They were generous with the jelly. Absolutely wonderful!Maple Bar - Just like any other maple bar I've had, to be honest, but still great!Maple Frosted Bavarian - Berliner with a generous amount of Bavarian cream, not as much as the jelly one though. Sooo good....and I completely forgot what the last two were. However I can tell you that the entire half dozen was gone between my husband and I not more than 3 hours later, so that tells you how much we enjoyed them! 10/10 would return!

I have been going there for well over 5 years almost every weekend from Tillamook.. after 6 months of not going in she recognized me as soon as i walked through the door..The donuts are incredible!! Unlike others, you can let them sit in the box for a day or two and they still taste fresh which I have done.. being from Tillamook you don't have an option there is something special in that dough.. so far we have given them to our local fire department, my local gym, given them to family and friends.. the parents love the biscuits and gravy.. she puts the biscuits in a bag and fills the box with gravy for the travel.. we bought a box yesterday, saved it for Easter Sunday.. still incredible fresh like it just came out of the glass case..For taste, quality, quick stop in on the run and options to choose from donut shop they are top notch.. I always leave a little extra because on the COAST there is nothing like DAYNIGHT ? DONUTS.. (HINT).. Buck and Pamela Reichow
